I see a lot of potential with your ideas. My thoughts are that we independently cannot make a significant difference, the reason being that there are too many each with their own ideas and fragmented, all we do is weaken the vote for our Democrat and/or Republican candidate. Independently we do not have the resources to put our candidate forward and expect them to win. I would propose that we, collectively, work within the framework of an existing party and take control of it. In many states you have to register as either a Rep or Dem to vote the primaries, if we can capture the party, we can capture the vote.

Our intent is to make clear to any candidate that we as a movement will no longer tolerate the incomprehensible actions by the current administration and its followers. Followers would be defined as those that vote, meaning support, legislation that increases taxes, decreases state's rights, violates the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 9th and 10th Amendments, who apologizes to other countries, fails to support the war on terror, and denigrates our men and women in the United States Military.

I personally think that Freedom of Speech has already suffered legislation limiting that freedom with the Feingold-McCain campaign Finance law. The other is to much freedom to the press to lie. misrepresent the news, and using their resources to to distort the truth regarding the character of many of those who seek office whom they support. This is a distinct disadvantage to all Americans who are unaware that the press is willing to lie.

I think Patriotic Resistance through such movements like the Tea Party process and now "Flip The House" can make a change in the way that politicians think and perform representing "We the People". I personally would vote for independent thinkers of either party if they represented my conservative values. I have voted for republicans for more than 40 years. Take someone like a Zell Miller, a southern "blue dog" Democrat who spoke the truth and was unafraid of those who had taken his party away from him. Remember his response to Chris Matthews of MSNBC during the 2004 Republican Convention?

My greatest concern is that with so many splinter groups (912 Project, Tea Party Express, Coalition for a Conservative Majority, etc., etc. that we can accomplish little to nothing. If only they could all come together--that would be formidable!
