Jim, perhaps you could write a letter to Judge David Carter, one of your Marine brothers, and encourage him to do the right thing in regards to the obama eligibility issue.

I'm sure Judge Carter could use all the support and encouragement he can get, not only from his Marine brothers/sisters, but from all Americans.

He has a tough decision to make, and we all have to hope that he beleives in honesty & integrity and has the strength & courage to apply the law as written in the Constitution to the obama eligibility issue.

I just hope that Judge Carter understands that the futrure of America just might lay in his hands.
He has to decide how he wants history to remember him: Will he be rememberd as the man who helped save America or will he be remembered as the man who helped destroy America.

What kind of legacy does he want to leave his children & grandchildren??

There must be some way to obtain this birth certificate. I sincerely believe he was born in Kenya, Has anyone talked to the Aunt that lives in the US or to one of the brothers still in Kenya? Maybe they could be of some help. There must be some way to get it. He is ruining our country. Like itler he is not using our children.

I for one am too also tired of hearing all these "false" starts of "I have found the golden key" to unlocking the truth regarding his BC. Though what I do see is people making a lot of money dragging this thing out...

It's not the BC-it's the Constitutional Requirement of Natural Born Citizen - BO is not Natural Born therefore not eligilble to be Prez. Is daddy USA citizen - NO! only one parent, mommy, is USA citizen. NBC requires both parents be citizens.

As I understand the statute regarding who may access a birth certificate in Hawaii, "Hawaii state law limits access to birth records of 75 years or less to the person named on the certificate, the parents, descendants, spouse, legal guardians and individuals who share a common ancestor (i.e. cousins, grandparent, aunts/uncles) with the person named on the certificate." Why not find one of
these relatives, give him/her some cash, and let that person apply for the BC. If nothing else, it would be interesting to see what the Hawaii Vital Records would do. Turn the screws, using their own words, and see what happens.

A common misconception.
You can't obtain from a state vital records office a BC of a living person to whom you are related unless you have their permission, or have some kind of legal guardianship for them.
If you don't believe me, try to get a copy of the BC of one of your siblings.

Hey, Johnny, Obama has a very poor brother in Kenya, hire him to go get the Birth Certificate and put it all to rest! I am sure he could use some funding!
