Watch this! ~you've been warned

Every single American should be forced to watch the movie "Taking Chance". It is a truly magnificent testament to the incredible members of our honorable armed forces. If you haven't seen it you absolutely MUST. It's a true story and makes you realize what everything is really all about! By comparison with these heroes, we, a collection of huge wimps, have allowed these reprehensible Socialists to take control of our incredible country... it's an insult to the sacrifices that these amazing men and women make for us. Watch it, it's on HBO virtually every day this week. It's also on Netflix and Blockbuster. (please add comment, otherwise discussion will go away and not enough will know).

You are correct! The movie does show the dedication and loyalty our BROTHERS in ARMS have for each other. The members of my VFW POST 3550 watched the movie "TAKING CHANCE" on the first nite it appeared on TV. You could actually hear some of the "OLD SALTS" clearing out the lumps in their throats to keep from bawling in front of their buddies for life.

P.S. This is why we do NOT believe our WARRIORS who arrive in their final homes draped with our AMERICAN FLAG should be seen by the public. It is a stinking political thing by those who wanted to surrender!

It is a very PRIVATE matter for their families ONLY to decide and be the ONLY ones to see them and be with them until they are laid to rest.

You are SSSOOOO right!! Can you even begin to imagine anything more private or sacred than receiving such a precious delivery... It should be TOTALLLY!!! up to the family as to who has the privilege to be involved... That's why I believe these human excrement that protest and invade the proceedings when fallen heroes come home should be rounded up and burned at the stake!!! There is a limit to freedom of speech, especially when that "speech" is total crap!
We can NEVER imagine how fantastic and precious these saviours are!

(I didn't say, "seriously, I don't drink"), but I do have a sundowner every night to take the edge off the Libs and Idiots I need to deal with every day here in Florida.... My brother is a marine, and was in a similar experience. He delivered a sermon to a lot of people that remembered a fallen warrior. My brother did not know this young man, but he was from the same city. The respect that people showed my brother, and to the fallen marine was something that I will never forget.

When I saw the HBO special, I was struck but how much honesty there was in the telling of the story. I cried through the whole thing, reflecting on the last sermon I heard my brother stand and deliver to an auditorium of friends, relatives and neighbors.
Check for local listings on HBO, set the TiVo and get out a box of Kleenex.

Not everyone subscribes to HBO. I will do what I can to spread it! Thank you so much. It especially hits home as my son is almost ready to graduate from Army Intelligence and then be stationed in Ft.
