Trying The GITMO terrorists in NYC...Another Obama nail in the coffin...

Stop and think back upon this ingrate's behavior pattern. The grand apologist demonstrated his feckless lack of a scintilla of pride in this country by how he behaved on his apology tours. Now he continues that behavior in the Far East, in Japan, in Singapore...and other places always going way beyond accepted protocols and playing the role of the humble apologist to make us, Americans, NOT HIM...ashamed. He is no American! No friggin' way. He's a self-loathing, unfulfilled by-product of a dysfunctional relationship that bore him and a dysfunctional youth with no established roots and identity. Gutter trash with charisma.
I reference this as background for the upcoming trials In New York City. They serve Obama's purpose. They will see us, the Americans, according rights to murdering terrorists of a fundamentalist, grossly intolerant, worldwide religion affiliated with no sponsor nation state as uniformed combatants in any formally declared war. The same rights that, if given his way, he would summarily deny us as citizens such as freedom of speech and assembly among others. Our own Attorney General, another Obama disciple for anarchy has said it is to be so. Why? the reasonable person asks..., is this necessary? It is so, because it will become a progressive liberal emotionally cathartic experience of guilt absolution that will give the world media the opportunity to see the United States humiliate itself as all manner of secretive and clandestine operation is revealed to the light of day. It is the ultimate device to cleave this Once Great Nation in two or so Obama hopes. A house divided upon itself cannot stand. He is seeking to accumulate enough support to make this country into a one-party ruled nation state. In so doing, he is building upon the animose felt by liberal progressives to any and all opposition to change. The "illegals" are his new recruits to the demonRATic Party of anarchists and their numbver insure his goal so why close the birders at all? That means he stands against ALL the rest of us freedom loving Americans, not merely the "right-wing".
We need to understand that which is taking place right under our noses. Obama cares not for the ultimate fate of the GITMO terrrorists. They are yet another political pawn to be played in his master plan for control.

Ironically, a man who failed to come up to our standards of rigid support for a presidential candidate, because of his weak social leanings. Though I count myself in that number, it is apparent to me that when PUSH COMES TO SHOVE, only Rudy has loudly stepped forward to challenge Obama, Holder and their ilk. Where I ask...Where are our elected Republican politicians? Our so-called "leaders"? Michael Steele, John Boehner, Mitch McConnell and others. I didn't see them ALL calling a joint press conference (as they should have) to stridently stand against this decision of the Obama AJ and demanding that he reverse his decision or face a legal challenge IMMEDIATELY in court.
And what of the Obama humiliation of the 9-11 deceased? Of their families? By virtue of this action he has forever clarified that he is te resident evil that I've consistently labelled him as. He is unabashedly about destroying this nation by a 'divide and conquer" strategy. Politically by using subtle subterfuge and not so subtle tacts of racism to separate us socially. Economically by class envy and inserting goverment as the controlling influence for everything. He is the poster-boy for everything he promised his true believers that he stood against, and more's the wonder that they still cannot see the forest for the trees.
In view of this latest development I urge all true patriots to call, email, FAX picket, whatever your elected reps and give them a sense of your outrage and MOST IMPORTANTLY promise them that come November of 2010 you will exact your retribution at the ballot box.
Supplementary edit: For those of my generation you'll easily remember Jack Webb and Harry Morgan. Somebody got creative and used a tape from the old Dragnet shows and edited out the original criminal dirtbag and added a new replacement. WORKS FOR ME!

They don't deserve due process. They should be tried in a military court. Having this trial in NYC is a slap in the face to the relatives of those murdered by these scumbags. It will be a complete circus and a platform for these murderer's to spout their radical views and encourage other Muslim radicals to commit acts of terror. We don't need to prove to the world how great our judicial system is, it isn't he world's business. This is just another act of apology to the world by the idiot in chief because the world did'nt like gitmo, not to mention obama doesn't want to offend his brethren.

Mike you hit it on the nail. He does not want offend his brothers and don't care at all about our country, but people are completely blinded by the hypnosis the chosen one uses on all of them, who can see the danger in front of their own nose,. They were the ones who scream and yell about Bush was doing the wrong thing, now what is going one is worst, we are losing our freedoms and they keep their traps shut. Meantime we are suffering the consequences of their stupidity and selfishness. God help us and keep us safe from these evildoers and their emissaries!

Johnny on the spot. It's the death of a thousand cuts, or as they have rebranded it, overload the system. They are attacking the very fabric of American society from so many directions that effective resistance is virtually impossible, the secound that you rally opposition against one attack they can derail the oppositions attention to another attack. It is a simple and very effective strategy, you can actually see it's effect in the discussions posted in "Resistnet" as steam is bled off of one issue by the administration in DC apparently "shooting themselves in the foot" over a completly different attack issue.The administration is under no real threat of negative consequence to their hold on power so long as we play the dancing bear. If we want to live in a constitutional republic we will have to step outside the battlefield that the socialists have created for us where they have all of the advantage. The good news is that the socialists have thrown all of their chips in the pot, they're all in, win everything or lose it all in one big push.
We need to have a few ace's up our sleeve because this deck was stacked.

The thing of it is that he's outsmarted himself. Especially with this Oba-care, which I actually hope they get passed w/out any Repub votes though. If that happens it will guarantee that all the demonRATs will be thrown to the dogs in November next year. Every poll there is says the American people, in general, do NOT WANT OBAMACARE. That means across the political boards they don't want it. The ones who do want it are the lazy dirtbags who continuously milk the federal cash cow from cradle to grave. Fortunately they are outnumbered by we working people. Considering the numbers that Fox brings in, more than just Conservatives and Republicans watch those shows. America is getting an earful of Obama and his socialist appointees up and down every federal agency there is. There'll be Hell to pay next year. I'm bettin' on it. Just heard a stat today that 1 in 6 homes with a mortgage are either in foreclosure or behind in the mortgage payments and the economic troubles are JUST STARTING! With a "real" unemployment figure of about 18% if you count in those with exhausted unemployment benefits and who have stopped looking for work it can only get worse through this winter.

I was listening to Mazlburg this afternoon and someone made an interesting point about the scumbags trial in NYC. Both obama and holder said they would be convicted. Since our judicial system say's your innocent until proven guilty, these 2 morons have just given the defense lawyers a way of claim they will never get a fair trial or possible try to get the case thrown out because obama and holder tainted any potential juror. Both of these guys are lawyers, why would they even say something that stupid, unless that's what they want to happen.

Ok thank you for clarifying doctorhugo I believe I see where you're coming from now.
For the sake of argument I'm going to keep the Obama element of the issue out of this and instead focus on the Justice system. The Court has put many terrorists on trial, provided them with due process as guaranteed by the Constitution, and they've been sentenced accordingly. Of course I agree with you that the trial of the 9/11 terrorists is a very different issue because these horrible muslims are not US citizens and do not deserve any scrap of what the Consitution would guarantee, but I also believe that no matter how much of a circus this trial becomes these individuals will be convicted and punished, probably with a death sentence.
What makes me think that? The Courts have a history of dealing with terrorists and others who use violence to inspire fear and all of these criminals have been dealt with accordingly:
Tim McVeigh (Oklahoma City Bomber) - Sentenced to death by lethal injection
Ted Kaczynski (The Unabomber) - Sentenced to life in prison
Eric Robert Rudolph (Atlanta Olympics bomber) - Sentenced to life in prison
Ramzi Yousef (WTC 1993 bombings) - Sentenced to life in prison
Charles Manson (Manson family murders) - Sentenced to life in prison
Richard Reid (Shoe bomber) - Sentenced to life in prison
José Padilla (Dirty bomber) - Sentenced to life in prison
John Walker Lindh (The "American Taliban", not tried for terrorism) - Sentenced to life in prison
David Berkowitz (Son of Sam) - Sentenced to life in prison
I could keep going but you get the idea. Also, none of these criminals have ever broken out of their incarceration.
Actually I couldn't find one individual who was ever let go after being charged with carrying out a terrorist plot that ended up taking people's lives. Why do you believe that with such a history of convicting terrorists the courts are going to let the individuals who carried out the deadliest attack on US soil ever get off scott free? If you say the media will influence the trial then I'd come back saying that the American people don't identify with KSM like they may have with OJ Simpson and all the controversy there in.
If you want to make a bet about it I'll take the side of KSM and the others all getting the death penalty, and at the very least life in prison (where they will be surely murdered by inmates). What shall we wager?

No offense David, but I think you still are not reading Doc correctly. For Obama, the verdict does not really matter...it is a win/win for him when you take into account the modus operandi...to divide and conquer, conquer being to tear down the American system.
The trial will be staged whereby all the pawns of hate meet face to face. In the end, if they do not execute for their crimes or worse still, never receive a life sentence, the affect would be of two scenarios: Those on the right side of the argument finally face the straw that breaks the camels back and some killing takes place (Obama would just love to see us fire the first shot); or, it demoralizes Americans into despair of such magnitude, the Communists just come in and take over.
If KSM is executed, then the Muslims take action and enrages their resolve. Either way, Obama wins.

And for me I'm reasonably confident that if the GITMO FIVE (get used to that term, which I think will be the historical reference for this sham) are found guilty they will NOT be executed, but will be given life in a separate facility somewhere in the US at our expense. Obama's will be done. Punishment by a guilty verdict, but mercy granted by their Muslim bro Obama. There are books to be written by these FIVE to excoriate this society and system which benefit Obama's agenda of always driving the wedge of separation deeper among us until the house divided falls in upon itself.
