I checked this out and I found it legit. I found the case on the Supreme Court Docket for the District of Columbia.. I am going to call the office of the Attorney David Buess tomorrow.
I will post what I discover.

Dear Sir:

(LAWFUL NOTICE OF TREASON)
This is to advise that neither the Congress of these union States (50) nor the Ambassador to the United Nations have been given the authority by the People of these United States (50) to engage in a one world government/New world order nor the destruction of Our Constitution by either legislative Act or Treaty.

This letter is to advise the United Nation s General Assembly and all offices and agencies to (Cease and Desist) any such activities relating to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA: UNITED STATES dba Corporation: Et Al as of these unlawful acts against the American Citizen and our union States (50) Constitution.

All such actions violate both the Constitution of the union States (50) and the Constitution of the District of Columbia. You are hereby put on notice that any further actions by the United Nations in this regard will be considered an act of Home Grown Terrorism, Honest Service Fraud: Aiding and abetting in Treason acts against the American Citizen : Our Constitution: and Law.

This letter is to advise you that charges of TREASON have now been filed into the Superior Court of the District of Columbia Case No. 2009 CA 007868 B filed on October 22, 2009. Two witnesses having first hand knowledge of Treason have filed into this court. The Three branches of our Government(s) are being charged under both color of law and Constitution.

There are 3-types of remedy suggested to the Court: a military take over to reestablish law and order is highly recommended by the plaintiff(s). This would call for the arrests of all elected officials both federal and state for criminal acts by the Corporate fictions created by the Legislative, Executive and Judicial Branches of our Government. Our employees are out of Control.

16th American Juris Prudence Section 177 states any law written in violation of this Constitution is as though it were never written. Thus any treaties: agreements: written are null and void immediately. Congress is trying to join this new world order to avoid criminal charges against them.

I, on behalf of all the American Citizens, et al, do herein demand the United Nations to
(Cease and Desist) any and all activities involving this new world order and one world government that involves the union States (50): Federal Zone: immediately.

This is something we need to get behind folks, I was wondering where all these legals minds where at. I was watching news tonight and someone had said with this health care bill, where are all these attorneys? The answer was said that they had all been bought off, there is something in the works for them. I believe we should all start pressuring the district attorneys instead of our politicians and start pushing this to the fore front as to not see it handled like Joann's passionate case of citizenship. If for nothing else we can pull all our numbers and get behind this attorney heh?; ▶ Reply to This

Please explain this to me, a mere attorney. What is a "private attorney general" and why would he think the DC Superior Court (which handles personal injury suits for those injured in DC, and traffic citations) would be a court that would handle a treason case? And, don't you have to have an indictment? And, isn't treason a federal crime, which means it is handled by a federal grand jury, presented by a US Attorney, and filed in a federal court? You'll note he is pro se. I'm trying to locate a 2007 suit he filed to see his standing in it. I've found various suits filed with hundreds of plaintiffs and he's involved in them as a plaintiff. I did discover he is from Arlington OH. I checked the Ohio State page for an attorney's license for him-no listing.; ▶ Reply to This

Obama tried to buy the doctors off but so far, only a few put on their provided-by-the-white-house white coats and joined in supporting the bill. Michael Savage and others have documented the rewards for the lawyers and others. This explains why the bill won't die. God only knows what all these people have been promised. One thing for certain, the health care bill protects the lawyers and has no mention of the main thing needed, which is TORT reform.; ▶ Reply to This

Don't pay too much attention to Doc. He's a special person who's always with us but rarely speaks.
Actually, this letter to the UN asking them to cease and desist has been around a few times.
And what is a private attorney general ? I've been wondering myself.
Doc may mock, [is he a mock doc?], but most conservatives do believe treason is being flagrantly committed by our gov't. So is this letter real, or just wishful fiction?
I don't know why he would infer this letter says anything about suing an organization.It doesn't. It states the 3 branches of gov't are being charged with treason and tells the UN to cease and desist.
Lawyers are experts at confusing people with their questions. It's what they're paid to do.
We're just little people hoping and praying for real change in our gov't Doc. You know. Buyers remorse.
It's beyond me why you waste your time here, unless it's for money. It's quite a stoop.

No, I don't even dislike you anymore. You're on my prayer list, as are the people in gov't most reasonable people wish weren't. God's will be done in everybody's life, through Jesus His Son.
