Well, of course, he had to attend the ObamaCare meeting Democrats had behind closed doors yesterday! It must have been exhausting twisting arms and promising all that pork so he needed to hit Camp David for some much deserved R&R and maybe a round or two of golf.

Don't worry though - I read he'll be attending the memorial at Ft. Hood on Tuesday.

Better photo-op then, dontcha think?

Why are you surprised. This was an act of terrorism on our soil once again but our commander and thief says "don't jump to any conclusion". I'm not surprised he said this as the man was a muslim. What do you think he would have said had it been someone of the christian faith or jewish faith. He would have jumped to conclusions, just as he did in the Gates case but because it is a muslim don't you dare and say that it was terrorism. This poor excuse for a leader needs to be impeached.

It's like we're being put through torture treatment with our precious liberties and beliefs being belittled everyday...it's just hard to take....at least we know we are not alone.

He would have brought little comfort to those in the military had he visited. They, of all people, know that his presence in the Oval Office jeopardizes the safety of these brave men and women.

I agree with all of you. In fact I will go as far to say I believe that it's better he stay away from our men and women in uniform. How sad a time really it is in the United States.

Gee, I hope he'll give another reminder about "not jumping to conclusions"? I'm sure that will be a great comfort to the many Muslims who are hurting. < / sarcasm >

It's a disgrace the way the government (and our own military!) is bending over backwards to reassure and support the MUSLIMS who may be affected by the murderous rampage at Ft. Hood. I can't believe my freakin' ears!!! This "sensitivity" BS and rampant political correctness will be the death of our country.
