This is the largest and most active conservative site that I've experienced so far. It is also a great launching pad for "off the grid" political activism. I would hate to see it destroyed from within. Every well run business has to refine and prune now and then to allow for healthy new growth and a continued focus on the goal it wants to achieve.

Darla, I've been a member since January. I've seen people come & go, for whatever reason. We've made tremendous progress on this site. Opinions, thoughts and contributions are welcomed by/from all. I don't know what has happened, but we've picked up 1000 new members in about 24 hours. Maybe the Zero Tolerance policy has spread and people feel free to come here and join in our cause. I don't really know. But, whatever the reason, we are making a difference.

I've paid attention to the member numbers since January, and it is my hope that by September we hit that 100,000 member mark. Because I know that for every one member we have, there are 1000 non-members who think & feel the same way we do. I wish we could get them all on board. It's not that I want your job to be any hander than it is. I'd just like to hear a million or more voices singing the same tune.

Just a suggestion - I have tried posting a few links on Facebook and had fellow members state they are resistant to having to sign-in first to be able to view Resistnet.com discussions. Is there a way to make the FB-linked discussion/comments 'read only link and scan' ala Patriot Post or Red State? I believe this would help achieve the 100K+ mark before 9-12-09.

I appreciate this site and forums/Groups/Content/ etc. Thanks for letting me participate. God Bless and keep up the good fight... agape,

Despite the fact that we have engaged in numerous verbal engagements, akin to physical bloodlettings, YOU...Darla, have shown great tolerance and have been added to my Favorite Sweeties List that I secrete ever so carefully in the Webster's Unabridged Dictionary - Second Edition, which is too heavy and unwieldy for Mother to lift and investigate with prying eyes. Despite some ongoing disagreements you and I have had YOU have come up to the high water mark in character and I'm big enough to acknowledge that. I've been banished for life on enough sites for offending by verbose and highly opinionated posts that bang up against website policy to appreciate the patience it takes to be so tolerant.

Just something that needed stating publicly. I appreciate that you have come to understand that I am all about the free and open exchange of ideas in support and defense of principles and the truth.

Doc... You? Banished for... life?! Say it isn't so! I suppose it depends on what the definition of "opinionated" is.
