You beat me to it! I served on the last Grand Jury and I have already made my pledge and become an affiliate. This CREEP is going down! COME ON, PEOPLE! PLEDGE JUST A FEW BUCKS! IT WON'T BE TAKEN UNTIL JANUARY!

The charge of "Treason" filed against President Obama in US District Court, Washington (09-346-RCL)


PRESS RELEASE: November 17th, 2009 by American Grand Jury


Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III levels charge in an effort to avert what he described as a pending civil war.

American Grand Jury has incorporated the Fitzpatrick criminal complaint within its Presentments. The Presentments were served on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia on July 2nd, 2009. The Presentments are still pending before Chief Judge Royce Lamberth. Two Orders, a Motion to Reconsider, and a Response have been issued. The American Grand Jury Response to the Court's 2nd Order was filed in late October. The Response is currently pending before the Court.

If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that Obama be criminally indicted for fraud as to "Eligibility" and "Treason" per the Fitzpatrick complaint.

American Grand Jury is actively pursuing the serving of Presentments in a number of United States District Courts in different States.

Here is some info on Fitzpatrick.

He is a retired Naval officer of the United States Navy and a graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He leveled the charges at President Obama as part of a criminal complaint filed with the Clerk of Court, Catawba County, NC (file #09R81) and a copy of the indictment was sent by Certified Mail to District Attorney James C. Gaither (NC District 25B), for further action according to his Oath of Office.”

Lt. Commander Fitzpatrick on March 17, 2009 did hereby make such criminal accusation and complaint against Obama and presented said complaint before the U.S Attorney Russell Dedrick, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Edward Schmutzer, Eastern District, Tennessee.

Obama must be prosecuted and severely punished for his Treason to save our Nation. You, and everyone you know must immediately and publicly file criminal complaints naming Obama in commission of Treason in an attempt to keep the Civil War already begun to the lowest level of violence possible.

Obama is a Muslim. The word Muslim is used in this writing to describe an armed invading force with the mission of destroying the United States Constitution, slaughtering you and your children and subjugating survivors. Muslims intend to take over America as part of their War to conquer the world.

The American Grand Jury is joing forces with him. I have made a pledge already. As soon as we get enough pledges of money - just $25- 50 would help, we are going to hire the best Conservative Constitutional lawyer we can find (and we do have an organization that is a group of Conservative lawyers!) and going after this CREEP!
