This letter is intended for Congress, B. Hussein Obama, the Department of Justice and every sheriff in America. The attached Petition For Redress Of Grievances is from August. Congress has failed to respond to it. When I say Congress, I mean Democrats and Republicans alike. Neither party has any respect for the Constitution, citizen rights regarding the Constitution nor your views if the Tea Parties this summer are any example. Congress and Obama are deplorable.
There is an ugliness in America, never before seen, and I am not talking about Pelosi’s botox or Biden’s hair plugs, I am talking about the manner in which our government is treating its citizens. B. Hussein Obama demands a takeover of the health care industry and despite wide public outcry against it, Pelosi and Dingy Harry push for obamacare. Why? Because the bill does away with our rights and abolishes private insurance. Effective in 2013, after the next presidential election, private insurance policies are illegal. States can “opt-out” of obamacare, but they will still have to pay for it, thus doing away with state sovereignty. Oh, and if your state tries to save money by initializing tort reform, you will lose all federal funding. I want to add the HC Bill to the Petition of Grievances.
President Obama, you are not acting presidential. You are an ugly American and have become just another ugly liberal president in a long line of liberal buffoons. It is apparent that George Soros, the Nazi War Criminal, is using you, much in the same way he did the brits, when he caused their currency to collapse and he made billions on short sales. You are so arrogant that you think all of this about you. It isn’t. You are a tool, a puppet and you dance for Soros. Save your soul. Save your presidency. Save America. Have him arrested as a war criminal. Begin to govern with honesty, integrity, and ethics. Or, forever leave a legacy that Soros was your pimp, had you on the stroll, and you didn’t have the guts to stop it.
You may be wondering why this is addressed to all the Sheriffs in America, and that is a good question. America’s Oath Keepers, America’s Sheriffs are the staunch defenders of the Constitution. I am asking that they arrest each of you in Congress for violation of your oaths of office for allowing Obama to violate the Constitution and for failing to follow the Constitution regarding the Petition For Redress Of Grievances that I filed in August. I am also asking our Sheriffs arrest Obama once he steps outside of Washington DC for his violations of the Constitution and his failure to adhere to his oath of office.
I am also asking each patriot who reads this to deliver a copy to the Sheriff in their county and ask that they go forth to every Oath Keeper with access to POTUS and Congress and ask for their help in taking these traitors to their country into custody. Obama has committed enough impeachable offenses that there is no excuse for charges not originating in the House and being moved to the Senate for trial. Oh, and while you are at it, arrest George Soros for his admitted war crimes.

PETITION FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES
Pursuant to the Constitution of the united States of America, I, William J. Turner II,
submit this petition to Congress and the office of the President of the United States of
America, for immediate redress of the grievances listed below. It should be noted that
failure to respond to this petition, is, in and of itself a Constitutional violation.
My grievances, as a free and sovereign citizen, bound by and governed by the
Constitution of the united States of America are as follows:
1. Our government no longer represents the People: Cap and Trade was passed in the
House of Representatives, despite overwhelming public outcry, a violation of equal
protection. The office of the President and members of Congress have stated that a health
care bill will be passed, regardless of public sentiment.
2. A branch of government, not authorized by the Constitution has been established: The
establishment of czars, who exercise fiduciary and regulatory control, without having
been elected, vetted, or lawfully funded is in direct violation of the Constitution. Czars
are in direct violation of my rights under equal protection and right to be represented by
an electorate.
3. Our republic is rapidly transforming into a surrogate plutocracy—a government in
which the supreme power is lodged in the hands of wealthy special interests that arrange
the continual reelection of representatives who govern as their surrogates: The lack of
transparency in the White House, as promised by B. Hussein Obama, in conjunction with
the level of media personalities and lobbyists now in the employ of the Obama led White
House are a direct violation of the presidents promises and Constitutional authority.
4. The March 2009 federal criminal complaint filed against B. Hussein Obama by retired
Naval Commander, Walter Fitzpatrick III has not been investigated or heard before a
federal grand jury: The commander states that B. Hussein Obama has formally changed
our form of government, by his disregard for the Constitution, and, Obama has, “broken
in and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit,
dissembling, and deceit. Posing as an imposter president and commander in chief, you
have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment. Known
military criminal actors – command racketeers – are now free in the exercise of military
government intent upon destruction of America's constitutional government.”
5. The use of Air Force One for a photo op constitutes an immense misuse of tax payer
resources by POTUS, combined with the illegal email address or data mining done by the
White House under the direction and supervision of B. Hussein Obama, followed up with
the spamming of American citizens constitutes a willful neglect of responsibility,
fiduciary responsibility, and ethics, in that federal laws have been violated and no one has
been held accountable.
6. The establishment of an email address for citizens to report other citizens dissent with
B. Hussein Obama’s policies and legislation constitutes the establishment of an enemies
list and is illegal.
7. President B. Hussein Obama is guilty of sedition and treason for his actions and
policies, yet Congress takes no action, making them co-conspirators in this endeavor.
8. The use of the Apollo Foundation, created by one of President Obama’s Czars, an
admitted Communist is not only an ethical violation, it is, in and of itself an act of
sedition and treason by B. Hussein Obama.
9. The appointment of Elena Kagan to the position of Solicitor General of the united
States of America is an act of sedition and treason: Kagan has called military recruiting
“discriminatory,” “deeply wrong,” “unwise,” and “unjust.”
10. The firing of corporate CEO’s by POTUS, and the government interferences in and
takeovers of the American auto industry and financial industry has no Constitutional
authority and is illegal, seditious and indefensible.
11. Failure to hear or move from committee the Ron Paul bill, co-sponsored by over 254
other members of Congress in a willful and intention effort on behalf of the ruling party
in Congress to halt legislation that is, of and for the will of the people.
12. The providing of funds to Hamas, the Palestinians and other Islamic groups who
openly seek the destruction of America, is another act of sedition and treason.
13. The actions of B. Hussein Obama and Congress have led to the united States of
America borrowing over five billion dollars a day: This level of debt, against the will of
the people, is a direct threat to state and national sovereignty. POTUS and Congress have
sworn oaths to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. By
borrowing from foreign lenders, particularly foreign governments that seek the ruination
of America is both seditious and treasonous.
I respectfully request that within fourteen calendar days of the receipt of this Petition For
The Redress Of Grievances, that these actions cease and desist, and the united States of
America be returned to a representative republic, based upon the Constitution and all
lawmakers in violation of their oath, in conjunction with POTUS, be removed from their
offices by Attorney General and Department of Justice, as this is an official complaint to
them as well.

Bill I have printed, and will do! An additional idea: In every battle, the front line of defense must be breached, in our battle, the media is the front line, my suggestion is that we file a nation wide class action suit against the media, for failure in their obligation to keep the American public informed of threats against them, at the same time we file a class action suit against the congress for failure to uphold their oath of office, or to vett obama. Your thoughts?

WE ARE DONE WITH PETITIONS. WE HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING. THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW DARLA IN WITH PETITIONS. WE HAVE DONE ALL WE CAN WITH GETTING TO TALK WITH OUR "REPRESENTATIVES". THEY WILL NOT HEAR "WE THE PEOPLE'
Therefore, we march to D.C. not march but fly and meet with Milchelle Bachman. We need to be there the chambers. I have already made my flight reservations. We must back Michelle. She is there for us.
We gave every right to demand a hearing in chambers. We must do this now.

Bill, with respect, we cannot expect redress from the Federal government, for with few exceptions they have all (both parties) been subverted by the doctrine of statism. The supreme court of the US will only interperet laws on exhist precedent, which since the new deal has been supportive of a statist agenda. The only option remaining is thru our respective state governments, there is adequate precedent for the state governments to refuse to implement laws which are in violation of the constitution. While appealing to the county sheriffs is a step in this direction, I fear that they will have insufficient backing without the state government to make any arrests, or to move the needle sufficiently back towards federalism. I feel this kind of movement necessarily starts with a campaign of state law nullifications across the country, if a state govt forbids complying with a federal statute, the federal govt must back off. This approach has already worked in several states. Witness Oregons medical marajuana laws, some may be in favor of marajuana laws, but this is a state matter not meriting federal involvement. The federal govt just made clear they will be respecting this boundary in states that have chosen to legalize it. Look, this clown show of emails, faxes, and phone calls is over. If you dont realize that you have lost your Constitutional Republic then I dont know what to say to you. If you are in a state that has a viable shot at secession than I wish you the best and I will support you. Hell, Ill move my business there. Michelle is stepping up to the plate. If we lose healthcare the legislative battle is lost.
