Obama Eligibility WAR!
If this latest insanity of bringing the 911 terrorist trial to NY does not get you into ACTION to remove O, nothing will!
To all patriots,
It is time to re-assess our strategies.
It is obvious that Obama, Pelosi and Reid et all have gone completely insane. They will not listen. It is a waste of time and energy to oppose their insane policies one at a time.
They see our weaknesses:
1. don’t dare to challenge or failed miserably in our court challenges of Obama’s constitutional eligibility;
2. don’t have the guts to start a revolution other than peacefully writing, assembling and doing all the things they can simply ignore and ridicule us with.
3. waiting, plotting to vote them out in 1 to 3 years’ time.
They see this as their perfect opportunities to ram through everything their hearts desire, even bringing 911 terrorists to Ground Zero, while watching us writhe in pain.
We are at the end of the road. They have us cornered. Unless we strip them of opportunities to defeat us, there is nothing more we can do.
Starting a non-peaceful revolution is the last resort. It is never too soon to plot to vote them out. There is no reason why we cannot start a renewed war against Obama on his eligibility issue while we are preparing to vote them all out next election!
It has just been reported that Congressman Nathan Deal and colleagues are writing letter to Obama to ask for his bc. This is another sign that our Republican congress is seeing the need to expose Obama to stop the destruction!
Chance of success from lawsuits is getting slimmer and slimmer. The courts/judges are all hiding behind ‘separation of power’ to shun their duties and oaths. Quo Warranto won’t work either because the A.G and the US Attorney at DC are either Obama operatives or cowards, and no judge will allow the people to be their own attorney bringing Quo Warranto. Media has the power to expose Obama but to-date they have steadfastly refused to do so. Congress has the ultimate authority and power to conduct hearings to investigate Obama and remove him when he is found to be ineligible. So far they don’t have the guts, nor do they have the full fury of We the people to demand them to act on this most important matter.
We the people are the only dare-devil truth-seekers, especially the so-called ‘birthers’. It is up to us and only us to do the job now.
How can we proceed with a renewed war on the Obama’s eligibility issue?
There are so many patriot groups each focusing on certain issues. Our efforts are fragmented. Everyone is going after the symptoms not the root cause! It is time we all focus on the one and only one issue – the root cause of all our demise – Obama is a usurper and must be removed. With Obama removed, the Dems are history. All the heinous legislations/appointees are null and void.
The hardest part is to get all groups to buy into this war. However, it is possible: look back at how just about all groups bought into the 912 march idea and we managed to pull off an unbelievably successful march! Can you imagine if we get all groups to buy into this war? We can mobilize all the 9/12 marchers (DC and local) – 2 millions strong, to march right into this war!
What would the marchers be doing to wage this war?
March our emails, faxes. letters, calls, personal visits and protest signs to the Republican members of congress and media insisting they conduct hearing to expose/remove Obama.
The Republicans are listening to us in all matters except Obama eligibility. Why? Because we do not insist that they expose Obama! Times have changed, situations have changed. I am sure most of them are regretting their silence on this matter during the election. They are waiting for some one to lead the way.
Michelle Bachmann keeps telling us it is up to us – we must let our voices be heard that we don’t want government takeover of healthcare; that only we can stop the Dems from shoving obamacare down our throats. If she thinks we can convince the Dems to stop Obamacare, then we should be able to convince the Republicans to expose/remove Obama! Follow her advice – have millions of us demanding the Republicans in 1 voice: expose Obama! Remove the usurper! Millions of us would also be demanding the conservative media to lead the charges, to create an atmosphere where the Republican Congress feels safe and justified in investigating Obama.
We can do it! We need to brain-storm on how to get all groups together to pursue this 1 and only 1 goal – to expose and remove Obama! With all the patriots from all groups bombarding Congress and media non-stop, with all protests focused on 1 and only 1 issue – is Obama eligible to be POTUS? As we march along, more and more people will be educated on this issue. More people will join the war. The war gets bigger and bigger until they surrender!
We can simply apply the same methods we are using now to oppose Obamacare to Obama eligibility issue:
Each buy-in group can design easy to do writing campaigns, keep constant communication with their members (just like what they are doing now to oppose Obamacare), encouraging them to fire their shots, organizing periodic rallies/protests with signs challenging Obama eligibility, arranging guest speakers at radio shows, conference calls ……
That is what I think we should be doing. You might think it is fantasy. But please before you discount this, think about it!
Obama’s ineligibility is the biggest weapon we have against them but we are NOT using it! Obama and Pelosi are laughing at us: all these idiots! They don’t even know we have pulled a fast one on them! Those who know it are too weak and civil to undo what we have done! We can butcher them in whatever way we want, first with Obamacare, then domestic and global climate taxes, then take away all their guns and freedom of speech, then send the world’s terrorists among them to slit their throats………….HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Come on! We need to wage this war before they take the Internet from us! We need to yank out the root to stop the weeds once and for all! Currently we are only spraying weed-killer here and there. The weeds grow much faster than we can spray them! Before we know it the weeds will take over and there will be so mamy more roots (ACORN, Service America, Youth Corp, the brain-washed school kids…..) to yank ……….
One more idea: it has been suggested that we all pledge dollars to create a humongous war-chest ($2 billions) to win elections. I say why not use part of the money to wage war on Obama eligibility – pledge to republican congress a billion dollars in campaign money to conduct hearing to investigate/remove Obama. This way the money is used to kill 2 birds with 1 stone - first get them to act to expose/remove Obama, second get them the money to finance their election campaign. The other billion we can use to advertise Obama’s eligibility issue, organize protests: Obama are you legit? and other activities to get media attention.
We need people to promote this strategy. We need to convince Resistnet leaders first who will then convince leaders of other groups.
Remember the first step is UNITE?
THIS IS HOW YOU UNITE – first speak up right here to make a statement and promote our ideas. Get patriots fired up about our ideas. Get leaders to buy into our ideas. Our leaders in turn spread the fires to other groups and secure their buy in …..until we reach a critical mass.
Then commence our great march to expose/remove the usurper!

I agree with you. It is absurd that we are putting up with this prz we know is not eligible. We are condoning the destruction of our Constitution by not fighting to remove Obama from office. IT IS OUR RIGHT AND MORE IMPORTANTLY OUR DUTY NO MATTER WHAT ANYBODY THINKS. WE ARE ALLOWING THEM TO TRAMPLE OUR CONSTITUTION AND IT IS GETTING WORSE. WE NEED A MARCH ON ELIGIBILTY.

Here's one answer. People can take action by becoming a grand jury member at www.americangrandjury.org . Read through all the material thoroughly before making a comment. You'll realize the people have more power than the three branches of government, particularly the judicial branch, want us to understand.

I firmly believe in the idea of the Citizen Grand Jury, but it seems our leaders do not. Every single member of Congress has received a copy of the Presentments at least once, but they haven't done anything. They fear the Obama administration more than they fear We the People. Dan is right in saying we have more power than the three branches of government, but (sadly) authority that is ignored is truly not authority at all. I just don't know how to get around that.
In getting back to the original post, we have no control over what judges do with our lawsuits. There have been over 100 lawsuits or legal actions and nothing positive has become of them. That is not something we can change so point #1 in the courts is beyond our control. Many people do offer another kind of challenge, such as protests and emails, but they are also ignored. Point #1 is our weakness only because they refuse to allow it to become our strength. They will continue to ignore us because it works and we are powerless to force our voice upon them.
Point #3 is a commendable long-term pursuit, but something has to happen in the meantime. Our country is falling apart too fast to simply proceed with the courts or more peaceful protests. In my previous paragraph I pretty much concluded nothing we do will truly work because they find us too easy to ignore, but I won't discourage anyone from following that path. For the rest of us, we move on to point #2, which is the only one left to consider.
Concerning point #2, you are right, they simply don't believe we are up to the task of doing anything beyond diplomatic, peaceful, lawful and civil forms of protest. We bark pretty loud, but we have no bite. That is why they can get away with ignoring us time and time again. What received the greater attention?: 1.8 million in DC on 9/12 or the work of an unknown graffiti artist who redecorated a Congressman's office sign with a swastika? I don't promote that symbol, but I think you get the point here.
If things were to escalate into something they can no longer ignore then they will hear us and then maybe point #1 would start to work. If not in the courts, maybe Congressman would take it up themselves and start putting a higher priority on bipartisanship with compromise. They would do this as a means of stopping whatever it was we did because they do not want it to happen again. They need to fear us more than they fear the Obama administration.
Whatever it was we did (it need not be violent) would have to be so strong and shocking that it really gets their attention. By that action, whatever it is, they will know we mean business. Our efforts must continue escalating until they heed our voice, for WE the PEOPLE are the true authority in this country! I suggested shutting down traffic in DC, someone else suggested tar-and-feathering, pulling every fire alarm you can find was mentioned, and others have proposed numerous similar ideas. Do you think the media and our leaders would have paid attention if the entire 9/12 group had mooned DC in unison? It just might be time to rally around one of those ideas and pull it off nation wide.

Indeed, it is time to do everything in ways that guarantee attention without provoking 'martial law" - but , remember we want attention on the Obama eligibility issue, nothing else (OK, to begin with, we ease into it by going after Obamacare and Obama eligibility at the same time.)

It is at best a dream to have the Dems fear us more than they fear the O adm, so much that they put higher priority on bipartisanship with compromise. Self-preservation rules the Dems. O/Pelosi are masters at dangling a lifeline to trap them into submission. Dirty tricks will assure all those negotiated away, undesirable elements will be sneaked right back in a bill in the middle of the night when the Rep are not there, just prior to the final vote! Not being negative or pessimistic. After all, we have witnessed what happened again and again - the left has no compunction engaging in foul plays.
Unless something happens to cause them to believe Obama has fallen to a level where he cannot help/rule them, the Dems will not fear us more.
Bringing the eligibility issue up front and center to a deafening degree WILL cause them to pause!
Only when Obama is weakened will the Dems be weakened and fear us.

Millions of We the people plus rep congress against 1 usurper! Bring in the conservative media too (they will be clamoring in once they see that we are in control!) You couldn't be more wrong!!!! Have you read any part of the Constitution? Our founding fathers specifically wrote it to limit federal powers and grant expansive powers to the people via the states! The Constitution is only dismantled if you let it happen!! This line of thinking is exactly what socialists hope to achieve!

These examples are not examples of authority. They illustrate examples of complete disregard for the rule of law through voter fraud, tax evasion and intimidation. Are you arguing we should disregard the Constitution in favor of illegal methods to advance the Conservative cause?

On the contrary. You're 180 degrees off the mark. Our country would not have come into existence without The Constitution. It is the foundation of our laws. Disregarding the Constitution, as the socialists are attempting, is to admit we have no laws. At that point there will be no purpose for this or any other similar website to exist. Surrendering the most important part of our country simply because a flaming socialist wants you think as her couldn't be a worse reason to abandon the Constitution. Every time a socialist attempts to dismiss the Constitution we need to be all the more vigilant they obey the Constitution. That includes their unconstitutional socialist health care bill. We need to hammer home the unconstitutional aspect of socialist health care with politicians first and foremost.
As I stated in a previous post, we need to steal a page out of their playbook with increasing and unrelenting pressure that instill our conservative principles. View any setback as only temporary. Anything less only advances the socialist cause.

We are on the same side. We certainly don't capitulate, nor do we disregard the Constitution. Just like you we are fighting to uphold the Constitution, to restore our Constitutional Republic. That is why we are fighting Obamacare although we don't always use the unconstitutionality of it as argument, since it does not help us to win our argument. We are fighting Obama because he is not constitutionally eligible.
You said it, Grand Jury is 1 answer. Please keep on doing what you do. We respect what you and Grand Jury have accomplished.
We see the need to explore another way of achieving our goal. Certainly you can understand that and will allow us to try our way. Please do not think for 1 minute that we are doing anything without regard to our Constitution. Perhaps my answers gave you the wrong impression that I have no knowledge of the Constitution or that I am disregarding the Constitution. I am sorry. Rest assured the Constitution is always on my mind.
