SORRY...

It's not codified within the UCMJ that I know of...

He was "active duty"... The "manual" for him is UCMJ and General Courts Martials...

This way we can shoot him or hang him when convicted....No country club for him....

That cop should have "Made sure" with another "double-tap"...now, we have to pay and listen to this drival.

There were some bystanders saying "two more" ,"two more" .
But cops have taken some bad raps in recent years for extra follow through. He was no fool. This country is too politically correct sometimes. The cop made sure He didn't do time when he left the creep alive.

Hang him creatively...like with a rope braided from pigskin and tell him its pig on his neck.

The female officer slowed him down with two hits and the other officer dropped him. Hasan was trying to take the coward's way out, too afraid to kill himself but relied on the police to take him out. The fact that he is still alive means that he failed in his mission and is here to pay the consequences. No 72 virgins for him.

Uniform Code of Military Justice Section 119a (10 USC 919a)

Death or injury of an unborn child

(a)(1) Any person subject to this chapter who engages in conduct
that violates any of the provisions of law listed in subsection (b)
and thereby causes the death of, or bodily injury (as defined in
section 1365 of title 18) to, a child, who is in utero at the time
the conduct takes place, is guilty of a separate offense under this
section and shall, upon conviction, be punished by such punishment,
other than death, as a court-martial may direct, which shall be
consistent with the punishments prescribed by the President for
that conduct had that injury or death occurred to the unborn
child's mother.

(2) An offense under this section does not require proof that -
(i) the person engaging in the conduct had knowledge or should
have had knowledge that the victim of the underlying offense was
pregnant; or
(ii) the accused intended to cause the death of, or bodily
injury to, the unborn child.

(3) If the person engaging in the conduct thereby intentionally
kills or attempts to kill the unborn child, that person shall,
instead of being punished under paragraph (1), be punished as
provided under sections 880, 918, and 919(a) of this title
(articles 80, 118, and 119(a)) for intentionally killing or
attempting to kill a human being.

(4) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the death penalty
shall not be imposed for an offense under this section.
(b) The provisions referred to in subsection (a) are sections
918, 919(a), 919(b)(2), 920(a), 922, 924, 926, and 928 of this
title (articles 118, 119(a), 119(b)(2), 120(a), 122, 124, 126, and
128).
(c) Nothing in this section shall be construed to permit the
prosecution -
(1) of any person for conduct relating to an abortion for which
the consent of the pregnant woman, or a person authorized by law
to act on her behalf, has been obtained or for which such consent
is implied by law;
(2) of any person for any medical treatment of the pregnant
woman or her unborn child; or
(3) of any woman with respect to her unborn child.
(d) In this section, the term "unborn child" means a child in
utero, and the term "child in utero" or "child, who is in utero"
means a member of the species homo sapiens, at any stage of
development, who is carried in the womb.

Wow. Do you understand what this means. I have just realized it. Obama believes in infanticide-abortions up to delivery time. he would uphold this law wouldn't he. I would like to see someone ask thim about this!

Don't you see, we need to force Obama to justify this murder! This could be his waterloo!

Please , this is very important! on so many levels. How could he support Hasan and not call this terriorism. this would also call him out and oust him as an infanticide advocate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He will justify the murderer as crazy but he can not justify murdering the unborn child and there are ppl on his staff (sustein) that was say this unborn child was not murder!

I don't see him or his people doing this Chance.
I think they are actively working to legitimize corruption and villify things that aren't and lines are getting blurred, but he knows law and will stay out of potential traps.
They want to change law so that even a couple years after birth a baby isn't considered a viable person yet.
They're all sick.

But Doc is right. He needs a 14th charge.

When I got in my vehicle this afternoon, this potential for a 14th murder charge was mentioned on SRN News on Moody Radio. I only caught the end so I can't be sure, but it sounded like the mom had gotten reclassified or reassigned or something [maybe due to pregnancy?] so it might not apply. Once again wished I could "replay" radio to get details , but intend to try and catch it again.

The status of the mother does not matter. If the shooter is subject to the UCMJ (which Hasan is) and his actions cause the death of an unborn baby (which it did), this article applies.

Hassan should be charged with treason also, as he committed a Jihad against his fellow soldiers at Fort Hood. Apparently, Obambi wants us to not notice that Hassan is an Islamic Jihadist who was allowed to remain in the military because of rampant liberal Political Correctness.

I wonder if we are supposed to feel sorry for him, having to suffer pain and paralysis for the rest of his natural life (however long that may be). I say try him by Courts Martial and give him life without parole. I usually argue for the death penalty, but in this case I think justice is served by having him trapped in his own body until he is dead.

I bet he wasn't thinking about this potential outcome as he happily gave away all his possessions, preparing to kill as many people as possible while setting up a "suicide by cop" scenario.
