Yes, we must not lower ourselves to the radical left level but it is very hard when they cross the line. I hope we all think before we engage our mouths - this is one of my greatest weaknesses being of hot-headed German, Irish, Scottish, and English descent. :) That's why I chat/email where I have time to re-read what I write so I can usually re-write what I wrote. Hell, there would be hit squads after me if I didn't. lol

Are you sure you want to wrestle with this Grizzly? You may stir the pot a bit but in the end, they will be top dog until the next change of politics as these are the people who write the laws to allow or disallow many of their ilk opportunities to bask in the sun. They, like we were before, are running with the ball and it appears the new 'fairness' practice among these 'elevated' 500+ representatives will prevail until....

Perhaps the best way to attack would be to discover if someone already is shooting. If big enough, they might already have the structure in place to launch a big enough voice of dissent - and it will take a monstrous voice to impede their agenda. The Health Care 'debate' has caused massive dissent but already the Dems are contriving ways to pull the wool over our eyes with new terms, etc. to slide their agenda in anyway - totally diregarding the people - pure arrogance. My gut tells me this is a gigantic task requiring many resources to be effective. Not saying it isn't worth the try, just reacting to my trustful gut.

Remembering when Ted Turner took the big chance to start CNN, many said it would become a failure. Well, lo and behold, it was happily welcomed to all working guys and college students. Now you could watch real news, domestic and international, multiple times throughout the day. It seemed to be on England's BBC news presentational formats but with an American touch. Then during the 1st Gulf War, it was something most Americans plastered their respective faces to to hear every war turn in real enough time. No more waiting for the Evening News on CBS, NBC, ABC. This was the new media outlet preferred. Great job.

But also during the war times, CSPAN for Political News and upstart FOX came on the scene. Few adjustments were apparent at CNN. FOX was gaining ground and doing it with good newspeople who presented well. Then the fair & balanced motto started and grew and grew. Today, CNN, though branched out to CNBC and MSNBC isn't in the top spots anymore. People think of these shows as strict support for liberal progressive causes solely where FOX slants conservatively but mixes in liberal stories as well - hence fair and balanced. And it is winning in the ratings across all groups. So what can CNN do. What any good soldier does when he is getting beat up. Copy the model and go forward with fair and balanced reporting. Americans see through bias reporting and it doesn't get you much anymore. Appeal to the American intellect and experiences while you still can attract them. Bite the bullet and give it a try as a business man. If in 6 months nothing happens but staff heartburn, stop and rethink it all through again.

My letter to the President:

Dear President Obama, Please reply YES or NO

Will you defend the Constitution and the United States of America from its enemies, both Foreign and DOMESTIC?

Will you define your past relationships with Marxist professors, Communists, Radical Organizers, Black Nationalists, and allow your records to be made public?

Will you explain why your advisors have dubious backgrounds with Marxist and Socialist theology, Communists, Radicals, Black Nationalists and allow their records to be made public?

Will you veto all government spending until we have a balanced Budget and have a plan to pay off our debt?

Will you veto Health Care reform until the Government programs Medicare and Medicaid that are wrought with fraud and waste, are cleaned up?

Will you veto the, Climate Change Bill, that will increase the financial burden on its citizenry during difficult economic times?

No Body likes to believe they have been taken for a ride, but it is easy to step back and see who is going to profit from this NEW GREEN 'Movement'.

NOT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE!

Because it is all about..Money..Big money and greed!

It is a travesty to have endured four decades of U.S. dependence on foreign oil, will you support an energy plan that calls for immediately increasing usage of all domestic resources including oil, nuclear energy, natural gas, and coal as necessary?

Will you support measures to close our borders except for designated immigration points so we will know who is entering and why and support enforcing the immigration laws?

Will you vehemently oppose any measure giving another country, the United Nations, or any other entity, power over U.S. citizens?

Will you avoid the Lobby of special interest groups including Environmental, Labor and your Party, and listen to your Constituents?

Either you are IN or you will be OUT in the next electoral process, I will do everything I can to either support you or vote you OUT!
