Is Obama Guilty of Treason?

The answer to one of the above questions is absolutely, YES! --Either Barack Hussein Obama is guilty of treason, as formally charged in a March 2009 federal criminal complaint filed by retired Navy LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III, on March 17th, (or) LCDR Walter Fitzpatrick is indeed guilty of Mutiny, - “forcible or passive resistance to lawful authority; especially: concerted revolt (as of a naval crew) against discipline or a superior officer.”
There is no higher authority for a U.S. Naval Commander than the superior office of Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces, the President of the Unites States. Yet, LCDR Fitzpatrick has publicly and formally charged President Barack Hussein Obama with the high crime of treason in a federal complaint filed with James R. Dedrick U.S. Attorney, Eastern District Tennessee, and Edgar Schmutzer, Dedrick’s Assistant U.S. Attorney on March 17, 2009.
In doing so, LCDR Fitzpatrick opened himself up to the very serious charge of mutiny, a crime which requires Court Martial and carries the penalty of death.
In the criminal complaint, Fitzpatrick has charged Barack Hussein Obama (and others alleged complicit) with treason, an act that if false, constitutes an act of mutiny on behalf of Commander Fitzpatrick.
However, if Commander Fitzpatrick is right, then the act constitutes the ultimate selfless act of true patriotism, and a glowing example of what it means to stand on an oath to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic.
By his actions, Commander Fitzpatrick is either a traitor guilty of mutiny, or a shining example of heroic patriotism, willing to risk all in defense of the U.S. Constitution and the people it was written to protect. The situation could hardly be more serious! If this were a game of high stakes poker, the Commander just went all-in!
From the official complaint-- “Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works. - Confident holding your silent agreement and admission, I identify you as a foreign born domestic enemy. - My sworn duty, Mr. Obama, is to stand against what you stand for. You are not my president. You are not my commander in chief.”
There’s nothing at all ambiguous about this statement. The basis upon which Commander Fitzpatrick makes his charge is equally straight forward.
- “you [Mr. Obama] have broken in and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling, and deceit. Posing as an imposter president and commander in chief, you have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment. Known military criminal actors --command racketeers --are now free in the exercise of military government intent upon destruction of America’s constitutional government.”

Has Fitzpatrick Lost his Mind?
Fitzpatrick reports that two days after Commander Fitzpatrick filed his charges against the President of the United States, the Secret Service showed up on his doorstep - “Two Secret Service special agents came to my residence two months ago… on 19 March 2009, as directed by James Russell Dedrick, United States Attorney for the Eastern District, Tennessee. Dedrick and his assistant, attorney Edgar Schmutzer, triggered the Secret Service alert and reaction upon receipt of my federal criminal complaint naming Mr. Obama in commission of the crime of TREASON. Dedrick reported me a threat to the imposter Obama.
The two Secret Service agents, escorted by two local police officers, arrived at eight minutes before 3 o’clock in the afternoon. They all left ‘bout an hour later. - I’m still here. - It’s been two months. - Mr. Obama admits his TREASON.”
This may in fact establish some very critical points in what seems to be a storm of monumental consequence brewing on the horizon.
* Questioning Obama’s eligibility constitutes a “threat to national security” in the minds of leftists who clearly don’t care whether or not Obama is a Constitutional President. But what about the rest of us?
* The fact that Fitzpatrick was not immediately taken into custody on the spot is an indication that there is doubt in the minds of Secret Service agents and local law enforcement about Obama’s eligibility.
* The fact that Fitzpatrick has NOT been charged with mutiny is a very strong indication that his charges of treason against Obama, may be very well founded.
* Commander Fitzpatrick takes his oath to the Constitution, more seriously than most.
Commander Fitzpatrick is a career Naval Officer who graduated the Annapolis Naval Academy in 1975 and spent a lifetime serving his country with honor and distinction. He is not known as any form of conspiracy crackpot or extreme right-wing rabble rouser.
As of this writing, he has not been charged with mutiny for his formal charge of treason leveled against the sitting President of the United States, almost three months after those charges were filed, and Secret Service agents effectively vetted those charges on March 19th.
If Fitzpatrick’s charge of treason against the sitting President is false, why has he not been charged with mutiny? Why did Secret Service agents leave without arresting Commander Fitzpatrick on March 19th, or at any time since?
Does Fitzpatrick Stand Alone?
No, he does not stand alone, and Obama knows it. In a telephone interview with Commander Fitzpatrick yesterday, he stated that according to the MANUAL FOR COURTS-MARTIAL, he MUST be charged with mutiny if his treason charges against Barack Obama are in any way false. He further explained that he is fully prepared to be charged and accept the potentially severe consequences, if his charges against Obama are not true and accurate.
Fitzpatrick seems the first to take a criminal route to addressing what many Americans believe to be a fraudulent and unconstitutional president and administration. Several others have taken a civil suit approach to forcing Obama out in the open, thus far to no avail.
Over 400,000 American citizens have signed a national petition demanding that Barack Obama keep his campaign promise to operate a “transparent” government, beginning with his own history.
Yet to date, Mr. Obama has spent millions in legal fees to block his true identity from becoming public. His entire past, from birth to adoption in Indonesia, to his travel on an Indonesian passport, his college records, including how such an average individual was able to afford such an expensive Ivy League education, and how he came to be friends with so many evil anti-American individuals during that period, remain a secret guarded far more carefully than actual matters of national security.
Hundreds across the country are now filing Grand Jury Indictments against Obama, via the American Grand Jury initiative, which makes criminal allegations against Obama, very similar to those made by Commander Fitzpatrick.
No, the Commander is by no means alone… although he acted alone in the filing of his formal criminal complaint against his alleged Commander-in-Chief. Is he nuts? I see no signs that he is anything less than a true patriot of impeccable decency, honor and intellect.
Those who oppose his actions will undoubtedly call him every nasty name under the sun. But they will do so without foundation, based upon the research I have done on the man.
What Next?
Like it or not, Mr. Obama was elected on the promise of running a “transparent” administration of high integrity. Yet Mr. Obama has spent millions in legal fees to keep his own identity Top Secret. Why?
No U.S. court has agreed to hear the many civil suits pending against Barack Obama, all of them demanding nothing more than “transparency” in the president. Commander Fitzpatrick’s criminal case has yet to be acted upon by any individual it has been delivered to, all of whom have taken a sworn oath to protect and defend the Constitution.
No mainstream news agency has investigated the growing claims that Barack Obama is a “usurper” and “imposter” engaged in destructive activities against America, and no member of congress has looked beyond Snopes or FactCheck.org to investigate the fact that Mr. Obama has never proven his eligibility for the office he currently holds, nor has he ever been run through the standard security clearance checks used to vet every other individual who has ever been given access to Top Secret information.
How is this even possible?
Commander Fitzpatrick’s complaint ups the ante… It isn’t a civil suit. It’s a federal criminal complaint accusing the sitting president of treason. I can think of nothing more serious…
The Secret Service, the FBI, the CIA, the courts, congress and the press cannot run or hide from Fitzpatrick’s charge of treason. The people don’t need any of these federal bureaucracies currently running interference for Obama, to take action.
The American Grand Jury system places the power right in the people’s hands, and Commander Fitzpatrick’s complaint is a blue print of what the people should file via the Grand Jury system.
Sooner or later, the official answer to the two questions asked in the title of this column will be known by all Americans, Obama supporters and dissenters alike.
The storm is brewing and there is only one way Obama can stop it from hitting land. Obama can come clean at any moment and offer up all of details to his Top Secret life and that will end all of the speculation and every effort underway to force him out in the open. Of course, it will likely end his otherwise promising career too.
The only way Obama can successfully defend himself against Commander Fitzpatrick’s charges is to charge Fitzpatrick with mutiny for filing them. Not doing so constitutes an admission of guilt on Obama’s part. Fitzpatrick intentionally placed Obama in this legal corner… and almost three months later, the Obama camp has still not figured out how to respond to it.
What Can YOU Do?
You can join the American Grand Jury effort and/or individually file your own criminal complaint patterned after Fitzpatrick’s. When this storm reaches critical mass through shear number of similar complaints, there will be nowhere left for Obama to run or hide.
It is important to understand that the charge of treason is unique.
TREASON - This word imports a betraying, treachery, or breach of allegiance.
The Constitution of the United States, Art. III, defines treason against the United States to consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid or comfort. This offence is punished with death. By the same article of the Constitution, no person shall be convicted of treason, unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
Not only is Commander Fitzpatrick risking death for the crime of mutiny himself, he has accused the U.S. President of a crime which is also punishable by death. If Obama is found guilty of treason, every individual who was complicit in the perpetration or perpetuation of that treason is by definition of treason, also guilty. That list is very long… covering his entire administration and maybe beyond.
I can’t remember any time in my life when more was at stake.
In the end, it all comes down to the U.S. Constitution. It either stands as written and ratified, or it is a meaningless piece of paper of no use to any American ever again. This is the Constitutional Crisis so many worried about when Obama chose to seek an office he refused to demonstrate his eligibility for… It should have never been allowed to happen. The reason nobody wants to touch this thing with a ten foot pole is because once done, nobody knows how to undo it! Now we are damned if we do and damned if we don’t…
But it’s here now, and it isn’t going away until the truth is known about Mr. Obama and all of his ill-advised associates. As for the average American, you can choose to become part of the Constitutional solution, or leave the heavy lifting to others.

He not only is guilty of treason but also is an obsolute fraud toward the american people of the United States for lying. Barry Soetoro could put an end to this matter by owning up to and publicly show his long verison of his birth certificate and all of the other records that he has paid three law firms to the tune of close to 1 million dollars to hide them.

You can follow him by signing up for the American Grand Jury at >http://www.americangrandjury.org, they need many more jurist to serve permanents to the courts. The AGJ is currently in session and you can still sign up and become part of our American right and duty to serve and support LTC. Fitzpatrick, retired who has put his life on line to expose this usurper, the least we can do is back him up. So again lets show them in DC who the real bosses are......Sign up for the AMERICAN GRAND JURY and lets save our country. God Bless America!!!

Treason...many of us know what the penalty can be for treason... anyone who commits a treasonous act should be prepared to face the punishment!!!! I don't think BO will stick around if he is ever found guilty or if he knows the gig is up, he will hide under the robe of a Saudi king and share our country's secrets, weaknesses, etc.!!! I think he does have a contingency plan if this occurs.

f it's proven that Obama is not even a citizen then he's an enemy combatant as Dale has said and likely thats what he is and his mission is to bankrupt us and drag us down to third world status. Ther must be the real traitors hovering around the halls of Congress and once they are found then will the traitors be punished.
We must now start pressuring the FBI, CIA and the Secrect Service to start doing their jobs. We must pressure the Congress to start investigations that might rattle the cage and the rats ight start scurrying...Oh could we use Senator McCarty ho the labled a drunk....funny Ted Kennedy was the real drunk in DC after letting that girl drown his conscience wouldn't stop haunting him.

Why Commander Fitzpatrick Is NOT Guilty of Mutiny!

On June 10, 2009, I released a column titled ”Is Obama Guilty of Treason?‚” - That column details the criminal charges of “treason‚” filed against President Barack Hussein Obama, by Retired Naval Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III in March of 2009. [1]
Commander Fitzpatrick is a retired career Naval Officer who has served his country with great honor and distinction and continues to today. An Eagle Scout of 40 years, the son of Captain Fitzpatrick - Naval Medical Officer, a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas and Villanova Preparatory School in California…—“Walter enlisted in the Navy in 1969 directly after graduating Villanova. After boot camp at Great Lakes Naval Training Center, Walter attended the Naval Academy Preparatory School in Bainbridge, MD. After one year he entered the U.S. Naval Academy. He graduated with the Class of 1975 with top military honors.‚”—From Commander Fitzpatrick’s Official Bio.
Stand Commander Fitzpatrick’s r√©sum√© next to that of Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi or Harry Reid, or most any other American for that matter, and tell me who you trust to tell the truth? We all know the motives of politicians, money and power. But what does Commander Fitzpatrick stand to gain from his recent actions?
In my last column I point out the simple fact that one of two things is definitely true… Either Mr. Obama is indeed guilty of “treason‚” as the Commander has charged; (or) the good Commander in guilty of mutiny solely on the basis of accusing a sitting Commander-in-Chief with the high crime of “treason.‚”
However, in order to be guilty of mutiny, Commander Fitzpatrick’s charges would have to be proven false. In order to be proven false, Obama’s secret files would have to be opened up for discovery, which explains why Obama has not charged the Commander with mutiny. Any defensive legal action on Obama’s part will result in “discovery‚” of the events and facts involved, and that is the last thing Obama wants at this point…
So instead of a legal defense, every effort will be made to defeat Commander Fitzpatrick in the court of public opinion, by attacking his character, a standard operating procedure of the left. Unlike a court of law, in the court of public opinion, judgments are made on the basis of the most “popular‚” propaganda, without any regard for truth or facts.
EXAMPLE: - Following the lead of his leftist friends at the alphabet networks, FOX News anchor Shepard Smith recently looked to capitalize on the alleged white supremacist [James von Brunn] shooting of a security guard at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum by using a “guilt by association‚” attack on anyone trying to uphold the US Constitution, specifically Article II—Section I.
Two American soldiers were gunned down in Little Rock by an American born and recruited Muslim Jihadist, and the press including Smith, couldn’t care less. No member of the press used the incident to incite anger towards or fear of American Jihadists.
But one nutty old anti-Semitic crackpot shoots a security guard out of pure hate towards Jews and Christians alike, and Shep Smith chose to paint every American constitutionalist a James von Brunn, stating—“these kinds of crazed conspiracies whether they’re about the president, or we’re hearing things like FEMA setting up camps to round up Americans and put them in. I’m getting bad sort of deja-vu from the 1990s when anti-government militias were on the rise, when Tim McVeigh committed that [bombing] in Oklahoma City and I really am hoping that we’re not going through a repeat of that.‚”
By “these kinds of crazies,‚” Smith was not referring to von Brunn, but rather to “Americans challenging the eligibility of Barack Obama to hold the office of president,‚” which he boldly labels “crazies,‚” stating unequivocally that “there is no truth whatsoever to the suggestion Obama is not a “natural born citizen.‚”
As if a well-known forgone conclusion to in-depth investigative efforts which have never taken place, Lord Shep casually proclaimed Obama’s constitutional eligibility a dead issue, completely ignoring all related facts and millions of Americans deeply concerned with what is happening to their beloved Constitution, not to mention their Representative Republic.
Despite Shepard Smith’s baseless proclamation, there are some very disturbing facts on the subject as well as some very interesting evidence to suggest that Smith might actually be the one who is “crazy!‚”
What do we know for Certain?
* We know that Article II—Section I of the US Constitution was very important to liberals when they challenged John McCain’s eligibility for POTUS on the basis that he was born in Panama, albeit on a US Naval base in Panama, to a well regarded US Naval Commander stationed in Panama at the time.
* We know that the same issue is of no interest whatsoever to liberals, when concerning Barack Obama.
* We know that even if the COLB (Certificate of Live Birth) presented by Obama to demonstrate his status as a “natural born citizen,‚” is not a forgery as it has been alleged to be by document authentication experts, it still does not prove where Obama was born as it provides none of the key “witness to the birth‚” information only available on a true long form birth certificate.
* We know that Obama family members have signed a legal affidavit stating that they were present at Obama’s birth, in Kenya.
* We know that Hawaii had a practice of issuing COLBs to children known to be born outside of the US.
* We know that Barack Obama’s stated father, Barack Obama Sr. was NOT a US citizen. So even if Jr. was born in Hawaii, he would still not qualify as one without “dual loyalties‚” as the son of a Kenyan British subject.
* We know that Barack Jr. was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia, and attended school in Jakarta registered as a Muslim citizen of Indonesia, which was only possible as the adopted son of Soetoro and legal citizen of Indonesia, which at the time did not allow dual citizenship with the US.
* We know that Barack Jr. remained the legal adopted son of Soetoro at least until his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, filed for divorce on June 15, 1980, when she listed Barack as the son of both her and Lolo Soetoro, then over the age of 18, but still dependent upon both parties in the divorce, for his continuing education. * Since Barack Jr. entered college at Occidental in the fall of 1979 and remained at Occidental until the spring of 1981, we know that he must have entered Occidental under the name Barry Soetoro, the name used since his adoption in Indonesia.
* We know that Occidental has stated that - “Neither Obama’s image nor name appear in any Occidental yearbooks or weekly student newspaper for the years he attended,‚” Which means that there is NO hard public evidence which proves that Barack Obama ever attended Occidental College. Likely because they had him as Barry Soetoro… a legal citizen of Indonesia, which is how his mother identified him in her 1980 divorce filing. [3]
* We know that he traveled to Pakistan with a college acquaintance during the same time frame, a trip not possible on a US passport at the time, as Pakistan was off-limits to US travelers on a US passport.
* We know that to reconstitute himself as a citizen of the US after becoming a citizen of Indonesia, he would have had to do so through the standard naturalization process, no evidence of which seems to exist.
* We know that his mother was an employee of the US government, specifically USAID, the US Agency for International Development, a government agency providing US economic and humanitarian assistance worldwide for more than 40 years, which paid for her four bedroom home in Hawaii, and two live-in domestic servants. [4]
* We know that she met Barack’s alleged father in a Russian Language class, immediately after leaving High School.
* We know that his connections to anti-American evil-doers like domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, the Black Nationalist racist Rev. Wright, Saudi Royal Family international front-man Dr. Khalid al-Mansour (aka Don Warden), Chicago thug Tony Rezko, Communist Frank Marshall Davis and many others, spans beyond his life and into that of his mother’s.
* We know that Obama has thus far spent approximately $1 million in cold cash to keep his birth, college and passport records sealed, Top Secret.
* We know that Article II—Section I of the Constitution means exactly what it says or the Constitution means absolutely nothing at all to any American.
* We know that no matter how you come at the subject, there is more than ample evidence to justify a full blown investigation into just who and what Barack Hussein Obama really is, but that not one major news agency, not one US court, and not one member of the US Congress wants to touch this thing with a ten foot pole.
Now these are not things we think, but things we know. The implications are obvious, but the official answers remain locked up with Obama’s entire past.
On the basis of all that we know, we also know that Commander Walter Fitzpatrick is never going to be charged with mutiny for charging a sitting president with the high crime of “treason.‚” We know this because charging Commander Fitzpatrick with mutiny would open up all of these Obama files and many more, to discovery.
Ridiculed, his character assassinated, he and his friends interrogated and intimidated by Secret Service or FBI agents, called a “crazy‚” by incompetent reporters like Shep Smith and his boy friend Cooper Anderson, sure.... But charged with any form of a crime that would open Obama up to full discovery.... never!
Where that leaves us...
Since adequate evidence exists to support Commander Fitzpatrick’s case against Obama, the implication is that Obama is indeed guilty of “treason‚” just as Fitzpatrick has charged. Obama can’t defend against the charges without opening the files he has spent a millions bucks to keep sealed.
Along with Citizen Grand Jury indictments and civil suits, individual criminal charges of treason against Obama are being filed across the country and sooner or later, by sheer critical mass alone, everyone is going to get the truth about who and what Barack Hussein Obama really is…
The man had a blank resume, a laundry list of evil associates, a past more secret than your average CIA agent, nothing on his resume that screams “leader‚” of anything, and after an uneventful freshman year as a US Senator, managed to become President of the United States.
He ran for office as a “moderate‚” but has governed like a Marxist third world dictator since before the counting was finished last November. It is only a matter of time before the cat is out of the bag and Obama can surely feel the walls closing in by now.
What can YOU do?
You can accelerate the process… You can personally take part in one or more of the following very important people’s initiatives.
* You can follow Commander Fitzpatrick’s lead and file a criminal complaint of your own. [1]

* You can participate in the TEA Party Movement.
American freedom and liberty is under attack on every front under this administration and to stop them, we will have to confront them on every front.

Well, I was ready to answer Heck yes! Now I'm not so sure but what I am sure of is B.O. is a menace to our country and I have to wonder why so many congressmen are aiding and abetting him. I sometimes wonder if the "chip" has already been implanted in many of their heads. Sometimes I wonder if they are even from this planet.
I know that when I grew up, things were a whole lot different, and I don't understand how our country can be turned upside down in such a shot time! Well, I know the ACLU had a lot to do with it, but how can so many people be oblivious to what B.O. is doing?
How do you know that Roberts swore him while knowing that he was not a citizen?

I suspect he had to know because for a Supreme Court Justice to fumble the initial oath taking and then after the swearing was over Roberts returned to the White House to re-administer the oath.
To answer your question Patricia, beause under the Constitution of the United States Article II, Section I both parents must be Citizens of the United States by birth or naturalization. His father Barack Obama senior was born in Kenya as a British Subject, he never held a U.S. Citizenshp. His Stepfather Lolo Soetoro an Indonesian Citizen married Obama's mother later adopting Barack and under Indonesion law the adopted child automaticaly takes the fathers surname, thence known as Barry Soetoro.
Since it is known that under those circumstances there isn't anyway he could be a Natural Born Citizen thereby making him ineligble to run for the Presidency as per Aricle II, Section I of the Constitution. Since Roberts a Constitutional Jurist had to know that and being so supressed it the information. It appears that ther wee peple in Congress, Supreme Court and MSM all involed in this charade.

Dale, if anyone ever hit the nail on the hed it was you, I've said it differently but not as eloquent as you have just put it. Some of the people in Congress who vetted him let him slide through, those are the guilty ones and when the house of cards falls apart they will scurry like rats they must be charged for treason, imprisoned or executed.
