Does anyone know if there is any way possible to FORCE impeachment of Obama and the members of Congress NOW?

If not, would it be possible to either force Congress to over turn the Obama health care bill or to force it into the U.S. Supreme Court to have it over turned, since it is unconstitutional to begin with?

Oh man yall, this is a tough one! I pray that God keeps the snows a coming and that global warming dies a thousand deaths along with the healthcare scheme. I read a bit about what BO said at MIT about scientists who do not conform to his cap and trade wishes and he is trying to be downright scary, but I understand no one is listening to him. I know there are many organizations who are pushing for impeachment but it seems like such a daunting task that other ideas will have to come to pass..........we must continue the fight..........Onward Christian Soldiers..........we must win the war even if we get bumped by a few battles! Charrrrrrrrrrgggggge!

Rev. that is the big question here ,no fire should have to be built, our Military should have acted on this when any thing Obama started saying, like bad mouthing this Country to our Enemy's and then lieing about it , Thats called aiding and abetting .
Anything he says or signs that is contrary to the Constitution is Dereliction and Sedition running against his oath of office.
But sense we never really heard the true oath, or the fact we still do not know if he is even an American Citizen because he refuses to prove he is. That makes all of the things he has done or applied illegal ,and he is then an Enemy Agent bent on damaging or weakening this Country by Attrition in knowing this before he took that office, and this could rank him as a Spy or a Subversive Agent .
Sense our Military is currently over seas as well as most of our National Guard , It is our responsibility to do what they can not ,due to their situation.
It is why the 2nd Amendment was placed into the Constitution as being number two in its importance.
In WW2 the Civilian Population knew this and promptly formed the CD , civilians lined the shores of California armed with deer rifles waiting for the Japanese to attempt a landing after Pearl Harbor.
Shipyards were governed by active duty Military ,and even once were addressed by General Patton reminding them who was in charge and they were to follow orders.
The left does not want to quote the Constitution or the UCMJ , because they do not want us knowing all of this.

Well, if we can find someone with the military leadership skills necessary to lead a new Civil Defense (separate from the Department of Homeland Security) and get enough volunteers willing to stand up for our freedoms, I believe that is what we will need because we just may have to forcefully march on Washington, D.C. We will have to get as many of our national Guard units, that are still here, to stand with us.

But we will have to make sure that it is all legal and Constitutional. We do not have time to waste.

What you have recommended is exactly what Obama and the left want, an excuse to declare martial law and disolve the government. Once the government is disolved the nation would no longer exist and would be divided up by those who hold our debt. We, as citizens of the defunct country would become subjects of the UN. We would in essence become slaves as pay back for having such a good life for so long. I do agree we need to stop Obama and his handlers. This nation is running full speed down a highway to hell and the brakes are out. Somehow we need to apply the brakes and stop those responsible at the same time. Legally is paramount.

Also, one must remember that once an impeachment is started "we the people" must be sure that the evidence brought forward is strong and without a doubt forceable. If he escapes the impeachment process it cannot be repeated. We are stuck with him full term! For those of you that have read Rules for Radicals by Saul Alinsky, which is the "bible" or training manual of these radicals in government, pressure, pressure, pressure on them is necessary until finally someone breaks the rules. I am just reading the book, but me thinks the tactics they are using clearly follows the book. Could it be that the big stick they are using on us could be taken from them and used against them? I am amazed at how the book follows closely what is happening. It has to be on Obama's bookshelf . One must understand what or who we are opposing, it is clear in the book.

I'm afraid Floyd Brown is not getting very much support from grass roots.

I hate to rain on a parade, but this guy isn't helping matters. How I wish it weren't true!

Yeah, he's a con man and a right wing nut. So, there's no high crimes and misnomers, right? The left's con job has worked very well.

"Only a President can be impeached. Obama cannot be impeached since he hasn't proven he is eligible to be President." That's funny Dan..

It's the last thing you would ever think could happen to an America... Since 1841, over one-third of all American Presidents have either died in office, became disabled, or resigned. However, no American President has ever been forced from office due to impeachment.

In fact, only four times in our history, has Congress held serious discussions of impeachment:

* Andrew Johnson was actually impeached when Congress became unhappy with the way he was dealing with some post-Civil War matters, but Johnson was acquitted in the Senate by one vote and remained in office.

* Congress introduced a resolution to impeach John Tyler over state's rights issues, but the resolution failed.

* Congress was debating his impeachment over the Watergate break-in when President Richard Nixon resigned.

* William J. Clinton was impeached by the House on charges of perjury and obstruction of justice in relationship to his affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky. Clinton was eventually acquitted by the Senate.

The Impeachment Process

In the House of Representatives

* The House Judiciary Committee decides whether or not to proceed with impeachment. If they do...

* The Chairman of the Judiciary Committee will propose a Resolution calling for the Judiciary Committee to begin a formal inquiry into the issue of impeachment.

* Based on their inquiry, the Judiciary Committee will send another Resolution to the full House stating that impeachment is warranted and why (the Articles of Impeachment), or that impeachment is not called for.

* The Full House (probably operating under special floor rules set by the House Rules Committee) will debate and vote on each Article of Impeachment.

* Should any one of the Articles of Impeachment be approved by a simple majority vote, the President will be "impeached." However, being impeached is sort of like being indicted of a crime. There still has to be a trial, which is where the US Senate comes in.

In the Senate

* The Articles of Impeachment are received from the House.

* The Senate formulates rules and procedures for holding a trial.

* A trial will be held. The President will be represented by his lawyers. A select group of House members will serve as "prosecutors." The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (currently John G. Roberts) will preside with all 100 Senators acting as the jury.

* The Senate will meet in private session to debate a verdict.

* The Senate, in open session, will vote on a verdict. A 2/3 vote of the Senate will result in a conviction.

* The Senate will vote to remove the President from office.

* The Senate may also vote (by a simple majority) to prohibit the President from holding any public office in the future.

Impeachable Offenses

Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution says, "The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors." In his report, Independent Counsel, Starr accuses President Clinton of committing eleven acts for which he could be removed from office by impeachment. Are any of those acts "Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors?" Well, that's up to the members of the House of Representatives. According to Constitutional Lawyers, "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" are (1) real criminality -- breaking a law; (2) abuses of power; (3) "violation of public trust" as defined by Alexander Hamilton in the Federalist Papers. In 1970, then Representative Gerald R. Ford defined impeachable offenses as "whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history." An excellent definition, Mr. Former President. In the past, Congress has issued Articles of Impeachment for acts in three general categories:

* Exceeding the constitutional bounds of the powers of the office.

* Behavior grossly incompatible with the proper function and purpose of the office.

* Employing the power of the office for an improper purpose or for personal gain.
