It is my thought that with Obama and the Czars in charge of the Executive, and Democrats in charge of Congress, and both influenced by George Soros, Acorn, SEIU, AFL-CIO, ad nauseum, they could easily swat any attempt like we were flies. Believe me, this could never have happened if they hadn't had the power sewn up tight. The Judicial Branch of government is heavily liberal. They have little influence in impeachment.

Our Constitution has been whittled down bit by bit since the New Deal. Possibly, the secession of one of the states bordering Mexico would be a really positive activity. With just one state seceeded, it would provide a place for people to go for protection while we continued to fight for freedom. I have no idea what kind of fight. I am very much concerned that peaceful methods might no longer be effective. Those against us have more money and power. Have you got any more ideas?

We should surely try to join the Precinct Strategy effort to introduce good conservative candidates to office. helping them rise to become familiar names. We must continue to make our voices heard. One thing I greatly fear is the snatching of Freedom of Speech.

Obama, Inc., will own 50% of America if Health "care" passes the Senate. Then Cap and Tax will break the financial back of the rest of America. Small business will not survive it with the exception of "approved" small business. Neither will you or I. He almost has the power to turn the entire internet into his personal fiefdom. We will not be able to communicate with each other. The talk shows and any communications that include dissent will be dissolved and/or prosecuted.

Wow! I'm not usually so negative. This has just about got me in a tailspin.

i have a strong feeling that it will end up in the supreme court. as for impeachment, i only wish !

If we elect enough conservatives in 2010 they could repeal any scum sucking laws passed in the current leftist leaning Congress. But we have to elect enough conservatives so they could overide a veto from the King of leftist loons, Obama.

This Bill voted last night in the House of Retards will die in the Senate. There are not nearly enough votes to pass anything like it. Therefore, the shamefull vote did two things very important..#1- It showed who needs to be voted out in 2010. #2- It has fired us up even more than we were before.

They shouldn't have gone and done-it!!!

Only a President can be impeached. Obama cannot be impeached since he hasn't proven he is eligible to be President.

There are ONLY two resolutions to this.

1. Forceful takeback of OUR government

2. Elect officials that have signed a pact to 'repeal' this unconstitutional and illegal action

They have conpletely disregarded the will of the people and the TEA Parties that were done, did not matter to them.
They will not listen to the people. They have refused to obey the law and the Constitution they swore to uphold.

May God have mercy on their souls.

Rev , in the scenario you are talking about ,only in the UCMJ is there specific articles for doing both of those acts .
Of course it has to be carried out by the Military ,and a Civilian Provincial Government put in place pending the Trials ,convictions , and Sentencing of those who are guilty in either of the two, or even in the event of ousting the Representatives and Elected Officials from all three levels of Government and starting over adhering to the articles and laws of the Constitution .
The Founding Fathers had thought of this being needed one day, because in their time the Fledgling Government was very Fragile thus leading to the fears of the British taking it over by Attrition .
High Courts would be those of the Military Tribunal ,and those Civilian Courts the Military still had faith in from not being corrupted .
The big thing is that we have never seen this happen before ,and it should have already been done as was the case in Honduras.
