FEDS GRANT EMINENT DOMAIN AS COLLATERAL TO CHINA FOR U.S. DEBTS!
Beijing, China -- Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have just CONFIRMED to me that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People's Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China's continued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!

The written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China.

This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted to physically take -- inside the USA -- land, buildings, factories, perhaps even entire cities - to satisfy the financial obligations of the US government.

Put simply, the feds have now actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States. They have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to "take" all of our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt.

This is an unimaginable betrayal of every man, woman and child in the USA. An outrage worthy of violent overthrow.

I am endeavoring to obtain images or copies of the actual document but in the interim, several different sources both in the US and in China have CONFIRMED this to me.

More details as they become available. . . . . spread the word ASAP.

-------------- UPDATE 1:40 pm EST

Eminent Domain is the power of government to TAKE private property for public use without the consent of the property owner. Under our Constitution, the government can only "take" when providing "just compensation" for what they've taken.

Who decides what constitutes "just compensation?" The government!

Homeowners who felt the government was not paying them enough for property in past "takings" have filed lawsuits. In absolutely every such case, the value placed upon the property by the government was upheld by the courts.

Our federal government has now granted to China, this power to "take"our homes and businesses in the event the US Gov't defaults on its debts. Let's play this out as a worst case scenario. . . . . .

The US Gov't goes belly-up and China comes in and says, "they owed us $2 Trillion in Treasury Notes and another $2 Trillion in actual cash money which is now worthless. We are taking the entire state of Hawaii and the entire state of California in lieu of this bad debt. "

With the stroke of a Chinese chop stick, Hawaii and California -- all the land and buildings in those states -- are now owned by China.

The "taking" would be a "valid public use" because it was "taken" in payment of the public debt!!!!

China could then turn around and declare the value of all that land to be worth. . . . . I dunno, ten cents on a dollar?

For your $200,000 house, you get a Chinese check for $20,000.

Needless to say, the property owners would go ballistic and demand "just compensation" for what was taken. Who gets to decide what is "just?" China! Don't think you got a fair price for what they took? No problem, sue China.

You'll lose.

People who live in those states and own their land outright, might be able to negotiate with China to "rent" back their own property, as long as the property owner continued to pay all his taxes; but the land and buildings would belong to China!

This is what our own Government has just done to us and it is the single most vile act of betrayal in the history of human existence.

------------- SECOND UPDATE 3:48 PM

In early February nine U.S. States began the process of re-asserting their Sovereignty pursuant to the Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the US Constitution; declaring null and void any actions by Congress that violated the Constitution.

At the time, I wrote about those state efforts (Here) and wondered why so many states were taking-up such an arcane issue in such a seemingly urgent fashion. I guess now, we know why.

The states were obviously privy to what the feds were planning to do with granting Eminent Domain to China. The states took action to make certain the feds couldn't give away cities or the states themselves!

This situation is going to get VERY ugly, VERY fast as one sovereign power (the feds) try to literally give away the land of other sovereign powers, (the states). This is the type of thing that starts Civil War.

Our present federal government makes the treachery and betrayal of Benedict Arnold look like child's play.

Yes, RR was host of Borax's show DEATH VALLEY DAYS. We have 2 episodes in our archives in which he starred in acting roles. The Smithsonian tried to get them from me, but I wouldn't let them have them.

When I first read this, I was very skeptical but I started to follow the Chinese news. There has been a constant theme over the past few days. Apparently, the Chinese are very concearned about their dire lack of arrible land. They have 1.3 bill. hungry mouths. They do not want California, They want mid-west grain fields.

They won't be given a state, they can afford to buy land piecemeal. They have trillions in American I.O.U.'s, and they know that America can't buy them back. America has reached the point that they can't afford to pay the intrest. To complicate things, they know that the dollar is going to enter a phase of hyper-inflation, making China's investment in dollars potentially devastating for China. The Chinese MUST convert their investment into something of value. They may be communist but they are not fools. If the Chinese people find out that their govt. has squandered their wealth, well you remember the effect one Chinaman in front of a tank in Tinamen Square had.
It is my opinion that; China will be allowed to purchase farm land, and that that land will be granted the same status as an embassy or consulate, essentially the land that they buy will be legally China.

Perhaps a theoretical timeline of unrelated events:
Plains Radio floats a story of MI6 agents with evidence of obama's ineligability ( an atypical tactic of the British govt, float a story to judge public reaction or to let your opponent know that you have the dirt, and float the story in an outlet that can easily be denied or discredited. ).

The details of the porkulous are made public. Europe and China are very upset that there are elements of protectionism in the bill.

Prime Minister Gordon Brown of Great Britain makes one call to obama.

obama immidiately makes a public statement that all elements of American protectionism will be removed from the bill.

The Prime Minister of China makes a special visit to Gordon Brown.

hillary clinton makes a special visit to China.

Yesterday there was a quote in the London Times stating catgorically that Gordon Brown says that obama will co-operate with European plans to eliminate "global conservatism".
LOL LOL LOL Funny. I wish they would take Californication and they can have Vermont too! I would like to see how those spoiled movie stars and their liberal ideology cope under china's control. Which state is it that has the gay Governor? Anyhow, I was just wondering! Sorry I got carried away! GOD save us!
Okay if we have to give the Chinese something, let's sell them California. They can have the 5 million illegal aliens there as a bonus! It's a win win situation. We lose millions of libs and illegal aliens and our debt with China is cancelled.
This has to be illegal. I can't believe that the Feds have the Constitutional authority to allow a foreign government any sovereignty over US soil and US citizens.
This would be just cause to impeach the whole administration.
This is pathetic! Makes me sick.
RICH CHINESE FLYING IN TO BUY U S PROPERTIES

Jane Macartney in Beijing

February 16, 2009

China's economy may be cooling rapidly, but that doesn't mean that Beijing's super-rich are feeling the pinch. On the contrary, many see the global downturn as a chance to buy a bargain - wherever it might be. That's why a group of them will be setting off this month for a shopping spree in the United States.

They will not be splashing out on jewels or designer suits, but on houses foreclosed in the recession.

Such is their hunger for a property bargain that a trip organised by SouFun Holdings, China's leading property website company, was heavily oversubscribed. The 40 who will make the tour expect to be buying properties costing several hundred thousand dollars.

Mo Tianquan, the chairman of Soufun.com, told The Times that his clients were hardly run-of-the-mill Chinese in a country where GDP per head is about $4,000 a year. “These people are not ordinary members of the masses,” Mr Mo said.

Soufun received 400 applications for the trip and whittled the number down to 40. The group will visit San Francisco, Las Vegas, New York and Boston. Mr Mo said: “Most members of the group are between 35 and 50. They are looking for houses and apartments in the $300,000 to $800,000 [£208,000 to £555,000] range.”

These are successful entrepreneurs or professionals who already own at least one property in China. They are looking for a home to accommodate a child while at university in America, or simply an investment opportunity.

He said: “I don't know how much money these people have. I would say they must have at least a million dollars in cash. That's cash they can spend any time - not investments fixed already in real estate or shares.”

He estimated that at least a third of the group were buying for their children studying in the United States. They are interested in both houses and flats - “properties near universities or high schools, and bankrupt homes auctioned by the courts. Usually these houses are only half the price they used to be”.

Mr Mo said that New York, Los Angeles and many American cities were not expensive. “In Manhattan, $300,000 can buy just a kitchen, but the average price for a house in the US is $300,000. That is two million yuan. Nothing for some Chinese.”

Yin Guohua, a lawyer in his forties from Beijing, will be among the group of buyers. The property could be a home for his son, who is now only aged five but who, Mr Yin thinks, might go to university in the US one day.

But he insisted that finding a good price would be the key to securing a deal. “Take New York, for example. A 20 per cent to 30 per cent discount from the peak price is acceptable. But the house must have a good location, so even if I don't use it for my child's education later, it will still be of investment value.”

One question is why the Chinese would want to buy in the United States when the yuan is seen as likely to rise further in the long term, thus effectively harming the value of their American property.

Mr Mo said that this was a minor consideration for these members of China's tiny elite. “They don't care if the dollar will rise or not,” he said. “They are using pocket money to buy houses. To spend these sums has no impact on their way of life. If it makes a profit, and how much, is not a consideration.”

There is one final hurdle: it is not clear how even the super-rich will get their assets out of China, which limits the amount a Chinese person can take out each year to $50,000.

STOP!! Y'all are making me crazy! You're sounding like a bunch of loony lefties!

"Hal Turner says" and we go ballistic! This is nuts!

There are too many serious issues to deal with to give time to this unverified and likely
unverifiable rumor!

Although I do not doubt that the Chinese (and Japanese and any nation with a lot of money to spend) will flock to the U.S. to buy up defaulted properties at a very cheap price, I haven't seen any proof of this emminent domain thing. I doubt that any one person could offer up your personal property in the U.S. as collateral for foreign loans. Maybe an Executive Order or Congressional Order could do it but I haven't seen anything to that effect. And...if they were able to and DID do it, we the people wouldn't stand for it. Reserving judgment on this one until I see facts.

Ditto!
Every time I attempt to verify the Eminent Domain rumor, it tracks back to Hal Turner. He's undeniably the source, and as such...not to be trusted. We really do need to be careful about spreading rumors around here. The facts we do have on this administration and congress are enough to get any rational person's blood boiling, we don't need to spread falsehoods and innuendos.
