FEDS GRANT EMINENT DOMAIN AS COLLATERAL TO CHINA FOR U.S. DEBTS!
Beijing, China -- Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have just CONFIRMED to me that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People's Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China's continued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!
The written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China.
This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted to physically take -- inside the USA -- land, buildings, factories, perhaps even entire cities - to satisfy the financial obligations of the US government.
Put simply, the feds have now actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States. They have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to "take" all of our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt.
This is an unimaginable betrayal of every man, woman and child in the USA. An outrage worthy of violent overthrow.
I am endeavoring to obtain images or copies of the actual document but in the interim, several different sources both in the US and in China have CONFIRMED this to me.

Eminent Domain is the power of government to TAKE private property for public use without the consent of the property owner. Under our Constitution, the government can only "take" when providing "just compensation" for what they've taken.
Who decides what constitutes "just compensation?" The government!
Homeowners who felt the government was not paying them enough for property in past "takings" have filed lawsuits. In absolutely every such case, the value placed upon the property by the government was upheld by the courts.
Our federal government has now granted to China, this power to "take"our homes and businesses in the event the US Gov't defaults on its debts. Let's play this out as a worst case scenario. . . . . .
The US Gov't goes belly-up and China comes in and says, "they owed us $2 Trillion in Treasury Notes and another $2 Trillion in actual cash money which is now worthless. We are taking the entire state of Hawaii and the entire state of California in lieu of this bad debt. "
With the stroke of a Chinese chop stick, Hawaii and California -- all the land and buildings in those states -- are now owned by China.
The "taking" would be a "valid public use" because it was "taken" in payment of the public debt!!!!
China could then turn around and declare the value of all that land to be worth. . . . . I dunno, ten cents on a dollar?
For your $200,000 house, you get a Chinese check for $20,000.
Needless to say, the property owners would go ballistic and demand "just compensation" for what was taken. Who gets to decide what is "just?" China! Don't think you got a fair price for what they took? No problem, sue China.
You'll lose.
People who live in those states and own their land outright, might be able to negotiate with China to "rent" back their own property, as long as the property owner continued to pay all his taxes; but the land and buildings would belong to China!
This is what our own Government has just done to us and it is the single most vile act of betrayal in the history of human existence.

In early February nine U.S. States began the process of re-asserting their Sovereignty pursuant to the Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the US Constitution; declaring null and void any actions by Congress that violated the Constitution.
At the time, I wrote about those state efforts (Here) and wondered why so many states were taking-up such an arcane issue in such a seemingly urgent fashion. I guess now, we know why.
The states were obviously privy to what the feds were planning to do with granting Eminent Domain to China. The states took action to make certain the feds couldn't give away cities or the states themselves!
This situation is going to get VERY ugly, VERY fast as one sovereign power (the feds) try to literally give away the land of other sovereign powers, (the states). This is the type of thing that starts Civil War.
Our present federal government makes the treachery and betrayal of Benedict Arnold look like child's play.

That's nothing, I heard again from the cnn..that this package, is not going to be 2.2trillion more like 3.5 trillion this is getting out of hand...and think about this, it makes sense, because I had just heard 3 weeks ago, that CHINA was not going to pick-up the US DEBT...Maybe she went to bargin, and because the US OWES CHina alot already, they decided now we WANT COLLATERAL, because for some reason these DEMS and some REP REALLY believe this thing is going to work, and that the US IS going to recover and can pay it...think they are ADDING SOMETHING TO THAT KOOL-AID!!

I have a feeling there is truth in this....and of course this is the last thing the State Dept wants to get out....and you're right Hillary does what BO says. Dick Morris was just on Hannity and he said that Obama is not as worried about getting a second term as he is at passing his agenda...think about it.....NO ONE IN HISTORY HAS EVER SPENT THIS MUCH IN JUST A FEW DAYS......and he can pretty much do whatever he wants. It's Billions everyday........They also plan on taking away the mortgage deduction if you make over a certain amount....I feel like I'm living in LALA land right now....not believing. Sad thing is that I don't think many people really know or understand what is going on. Think about this....almost everything you buy in this country is "Made in China"...so why should we be surprised.

THAT IS RIGHT, and I don't know how many of you remember a time when things were REAL BAD, but I do remember things were not too good then either, one thing I remember was BUY AMERICAN, that was how we got out of it, then NAFTA came along, and it was all china, don't FOOL yourselfs, this might be alittle tricky, but believe me alot of people know, what is going on, all the ones that don't know are the NONE BELIEVERS, that BO has fooled. Like the american that REFUSES to believe the GOV would stoop this LOW...after all her husband was still on top with the FAV## after he left office, and she was the FAV## before BO got in the pic. They cannot believe that she sold-out her own people, to climb that ladder, THEY won't believe that she will SELL OUT HER OWN COUNTRY TOO.....I use to think ,well leave out NAFTA the worst thing he ever did, he did get this country on the road again, it sure had no defieciet.so having her in office maybe just maybe it would help. I stopped drinking the kool-aid when I reliezed right before the election it was BLINDING ME!! Anybody that is this blind, is adding alittle something to their own kool-aid (thats just my opinion)

Ya know how the the Clinton administration got us out of the deficit? Remember the TECH bubble? People made a lot of money on Companies that really didn't earn anything. Everything was on paper. When people invested and sold their stock, they paid a lot of taxes on fictitious earnings. What happened in the housing bubble? Housing prices inflated, were bought and sold, property taxes paid on fictitious values of homes. Who made lots of money in these bubbles? A few people, but mostly government. What did they do with all this money? Well, I guess they paid the deficit, but mostly here in California, government grew. Now people potentially getting laid off are those who should've never been hired in the first place. Every bureaucrat grew his kingdom. These bubbles were just another way of government TAXING we the people. When these bubbles burst, people hurt. I have a friend who lost $100,000 in stock in one company when it died. Look at all the people paying higher taxes on their properties all over the country. At this rate, the local governments should've been paving the streets with gold, or saving for a rainy day. No, they just invent more porkulus projects to spend our tax money on.
And now to think that we may lose our homes and land to the Chinese. Yes, they were touring homes in the LA area and Pasadena to buy foreclosed homes. The news said they thought the homes were a bargain. That may be true, but is there an ulterior motive to the Chinese buying homes here?

The way that they are getting around the provisions in the constitution about treaties is to not use the word "treaty". Several things going on concerning the UN are unconstitutional they just change the wording and ignore the constitution.
The problem with giving China California is that they would get the Borax mine, which by the way they are trying to buy. It is for sale. I don't know any short way to educate you about the necessity of Borax but you literally cannot live without it. China has a source that is rumored to be running out. The only other major source in the world besides the mine here is in Turkey and owned by the government. With the only 2 major sources in the world in the hands of muslims on one hand and communist china on the other -- the entire world could be brought to it's knees.
One deal with China was turned down but they are negotiating again. This mine is owned by Rio Tinto Zinc of London, the world's largest mining conglomerate. They borrowed money from China that they couldn't pay back and bargained with them allowing a Chinese person to be on their board. China openly said that they want to control the flow of minerals in the world.
Borax is a fire retardant and is used in fire extinguishers, the powder they dump ahead of fires from helicopters, as fire proofing for children's sleep wear, car wiring, upholstery, mattresses.
It is used in making bulletproof vests.
Borax absorbs radiation. It is used to cool down nuclear reactors and in others ways to make nuclear energy safer. The atomic energy commission uses 10's of 1000's of tons of it yearly.
The element boron has to be in soil for plants to grow. In an extreme boron deficiency, plants cannot go from the flowering to the fruiting stage--so we're talking starvation.
It is a preservative and that is what is used in embalming. I guess we could get along without embalming and certainly without taxidermy.
It is what makes it possible to have glass coffee pots, glass oven doors, pyrex, corning ware. We could get along without those but what about laboratory glass?
Boron is in vitamin pills. It may be about to be raised from the useful nutrient designation to essential.
It is used in medicine.
A cancer researcher at City of Hope told me she uses boric acid by the gallons to preserve the integrity of her dna samples.
There are 100's more uses but these are the one's I find the most worrying. This mine ships borax to about 80 countries around the world.
We are just hearing rumors and don't know if a deal has been struck yet. If it becomes known it would be really good for people to contact their congress person because I think foreign sales of major resources have to be approved by some congressional board. How many people know how desperately important this stuff is. Probably even our government (except for the atomic energy commission) just thinks it's for washing your hands and doing your laundry.

This is Federal treason and betrayal against the Several States. By the Federal actions Civil War has already been declared! Obama and his cohorts are fools and they are into great folly.
What is a land patent? Do corporate owners need to acquire land patents? How about people who hold assets in trusts, mutual funds? Please advise and thank you!
