You need to check the Kenyan Constitution on citizenship here:

It clears up your questions. Kenya started in 12/1963 granting Republic of Kenya citizenship. Also, might clear up why this is dated 1964. His family was making sure he retained Kenyan citizenship.

The other one looks like a COLB. IT states it is not proof of Kenyan Citizenship while Dr. Orly's seem to be the birth certificate.

There is now a warning that the site is contaminated! The Obamamites do not want us to see this information!
So much for his "transparent" statement of governing and his "I want to make this clear"! I believe he is going to prove more damaging to this country than we can ever imagine by his "policies"! He scare me to death! Is there any other way to make the printing clearer or larger!

I got in there this morning about 7am. I had to go to a wedding, so was away until now. I wondered when the obots would contaminate the site.

No idea...her site doesn't tell us much about where she got it. But it certainly is an interesting development. I guess we'll see where it goes. I do remember Phil saying a couple of months ago Orly had access to a copy and it was in England and making its way to the US. Maybe Phil has more information. I'll send him an e-mail and see if he responds.

The document came from an anonymous source who doesn't want his name known because "he's afraid for his life."

IT LOOKS LIKE SHE HAS IT... The top most posting on her blog as of this writing talks of a motion to - putting it in plain english - hurry the hell up and verify that the Kenyan birth certificate is the real deal, on behalf of the Keyes case, since he has standing since he can claim damages because his chance to be President was undone by a guy who had no legal authority to do so.

Can you see it? A sudden excited flurry of excitement as mystery is thrust upon the world: Air Force One has made an unscheduled trip to Saudi Arabia.

There's a rumor that one of Obama's daughters said a tearful goodbye to one of her little friends. Upon disembarking, Obama bows before the prince and after many hours or days they emerge to have a press conference, in which Obama says he did nothing wrong and is not resigning - but for the time being will not be returning to The United States!

It looks like maybe the time has come. Now the fun starts!
