Yes, and Phil in involved in this discussion beside's I have emailed him and made him a friend request. We can do this. It is more important than ever that we act swiftly on this because if they by chance put this healthcare bill through and then push anything else on us I am afraid of what will happen to those that are pushing for alternative ways to stop this. We have to have a way of giving hope to stop this madness with a plan of action that is peaceaful. We must keep this up now more than ever in this year.

Saturday we need to put pressure on Liebermann not to let the bill come to the floor. If this thing makes it to the floor then it only takes 51 votes to pass it. Right now it takes 60. Nelson has agreed to let it come to floor, the other independent. We must tell Leibermann's office that we are looking at election recalls', lawsuits and whatever else we can to convince him and his office that he has to stand up for the majority. He needs to know that they have received over 5 million pink slips and over 700,000 petition signatures from us. We must not let him off the hook on this because a filibuster when they only need 51 votes won't stop this. It has to be stopped now.

You are so right. I know that Nelson is not an indepedent please excuse my mistake all. Some times having too much information and knowledge we just get overloaded. As far as Landreiu she at least is reading the bill and I understand her husband is a doctor. Wait till she get's to the part that tell's him how much he can make!!!!

I don't know about Landreiu, but Lincoln's husband IS a doctor. They HAVE to know what is in this bill and how it will effect them personally. That's what I've been saying. HOW can Lincoln go along with this? Either her mindset is so liberal, she cannot see reality; or she has been bought off and knows whatever happens to her husband's practice, they will still be able to live like zillionaires (he is probably nearing retirement age anyway). I cannot understand it at all. But I know the amount of money Soros and his bunch throw around his really beyond our comprehension. Any other thoughts as to why people like this would betray our country??

You have to get an attorney that is a Constitutional Attorney and have him represent the People. There is an attorney in Chicago that appeared on FOX who was representing his clients on the 2nd amendment rights, I beleive he's the one that had a similar case in DCand won!. The problem is he doesn't come cheap and I doubt if he will do it pro boneo. The idea of filing a class action law suit against Congress with the SCOTUS is a great idea.

Dominick, I have already contacted Judicial Watch about a lawsuit against the federal government and am awaiting a reply, maybe JW is waiting to see what happens tomorrow night with the vote or they do not work on the weekend, but Mr. Lyons promised via phone call that he would let me know their decision asap...

Okay they have 58 democrats, 2 independents and 40 republican's so the true key is the independents on this.

HOW ABOUT A KEY QUESTION ON THIS: SO YOU SAY WHAT IT'S GOING TO COST AND SAVE, BUT HOW ABOUT TELLING THE PEOPLE WHAT THE ACTUAL PREMINUM'S WILL COST EACH AND EVERY PERSON AND ALSO DISPELL THE THOUGHT THAT HEALTHCARE WITH PUBLIC OPTION MEANS IT'S FREE TO ALL THOSE RIGHT NOW THAT CAN'T AFFORD IT. THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE THAT IT'S NOT FREE AND IT'S VERY COSTLY!!!!

Actually the tax on us starts immediately if passed, but we won't see the plan start until 2014.
