Child Molester, Illegal Alien awarded $4.5 Million by Orange County, CA

Fernando Ramirez, on April 17, 2009, the Orange County Board of Supervisors agreed to pay $3.75 million, plus an additional $900,000 in medical expenses to an illegal alien who was severely beaten by other inmates in the Orange County Central Jail. The Mexican national filed a lawsuit shortly after the incident.
Fernando Ramirez, 24, was in jail after being charged with molesting a 6-year-old girl at a local park. He eventually pled guilty to the lesser charge of battery against a child.
According to his attorney, Ramirez suffered brain damage and now needs help walking. Attorney Mark Eisenberg also claims that his client has been left with an intellect of a 4-year-old child.
Despite the dire financial crisis facing Orange County, Ramirez received the largest settlement ever awarded by the county for an in-custody incident. The Board of Supervisors made their decision in a closed-door session and have refused any comment on the matter.

Of course, a story such as this one would make people angry, and maybe even angry enough to hold their elected representatives accountable for the enormous crime wave being perpetrated by this country’s illegal alien population.
I don’t know which is more outrageous, the now-daily accounts of illegal aliens raping our women and children; our elected officials allowing our land to be transformed into a Third World nation; or a complicit mainstream press, eager to assist in the cover-up of our destruction.

All conservatives need to move out of that state and let it go down. State shopping might be one way of getting the point accross. Does anyone know what the best conservative state is? What state wouldn't welcome a slow and steady increase in responsible tax payers. They could cut their expenses by cutting off bad welfare programs and declare themselves the worst state for criminals by imposing huge work details to pay off large fines for violent crimes.
In fact, put a manpowered treadmill in every cell that generates electricity for the entire U.S. and make them walk it off!!! "LAPS in Trade!

Has anyone contacted the parents of the six year old girl?,they should sue this illegal for seven million,she will have to live with what was done to her for the rest of her life,......this is no differiant than the illegals that sued the rancher because he tried to stop them from tresspassing on his land as they came across the border illegally,I think they recieved three million,how can this happen?,all I can say for the one that molested her is....JUSTICE WAS ALMOST SERVED,his award should have been immediate deportation.

This is just plain lunacy; but what else can you expect from a state that has the Welcome Sign out for all illegal aliens. California will be dominated by Hispanics before the end of the century with all Senators, the Governor and most representatives being Hispanic, and Democrat, of course.
