Subject: tea party movement


TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I was watching Sarah Palin's speech on Fox News and there has been comments all week about an inside disagreement about the convention.
I can't afford to go but I sure don't begrudge it to those who can.
I have received e-mails at times from QUOTE "TEA PARTY ORGANIZERS" UNQUOTE about disassocciating themselves from other groups in the tea party movement. WHAT IS THIS. PARTIANSHIP???????????????
WHY????????? ARE WE GOING TO START PLAYING THE SAME GAMES AS WASHINGTON???????
I THOUGHT EVERYONE INTERESTED IN RIGHTING OUR GOV'T AND TAKING BACK CONTROL OF OUR LIVES WAS
INVITED TO BE INVOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!
What difference does it make when we meet and how, as long as we are all working towards the same end.
I notice at the end of every update from all the groups is of course a requesr for contributions. I know getting the word out costs money but it is getting out of hand,
IS THIS REALLY WHAT ALL THE INFIGHTING IS ABOUT;;;; SOMEONE ELSE MIGHT GET THE DONATION THAT YOU FEEL BELONGS TO YOU?????????????

I THINK ALL YOU " ORGANIZERS" (LEADERS) OF THE TEA PARTY MOVEMENTS BETTER STEP BACK AND TAKE A GOOD HARD LOOK AT YOUR ATTITUDES BEFORE YOU SOUR THIS WHOLE THING. IT HASN"T EVEN BEEN A YEAR
AND YOU"RE ALREADY SOUNDING LIKE THE CONGRESS AND IT'S ALMOST A YEAR UNTIL NEXT ELECTIONS.
WILL THIS MOVEMENT BE DESTROYED FROM WITHIN ( LIKE OUR COUNTRY IS) BY OUR " LEADERS " BY THE NOVEMBER ELECTION??????????

In every movement there are opportunists. It's everyone's job to vet members and ensure that, like Coke, we are "the real thing."

Liberals are making up things about the party, and the convention. Keep the faith and go to some rallies and meet some really nice AMERICANS who care. The big Tax rally will start in Nev. and I plan to go to it.. Wish I could go all the way to Washington but I will be there in my heart.

Per Stephen Hayes, writer for the Weekly Standard, see Table S1, page 146 of the budget; White House says this budget will not be sustainable and the debt to GDP ratio won't work and we are going to be in real deep longterm trouble. Why in Heaven's name did they submit this budget and why in Heaven's name did the House of Representatives pass it? We need to help the Senate block this monstrosity. We are past the point of no return. They are not lying to us.....they are telling us the truth and we are just taking it. We need these Socialist/Communists out of our government - now.

We had our second major celebration in this house today. There were a few other truly good celebrations in between. No mercy here. We cannot respect the unrespectable. They weren't ignorant of their Constitutional crimes; they KNEW they were doing evil work.

KARMA !!

Murtha got re-elected for a whole bunch of years, not because he pleased the Pennsylvania populace, but because of the unions. You know, the steelworker's unions and coalminer's unions and other unions that bled the steel mills to death, just like the UAW bled the car makers to death.. Yeah, those guys; followers of SEIU's pres. Andy Stern---the most popular visitor to the white house. He's the guy who said, "If the power of persuasion doesn't work, we'll use the persuasion of power!"

My shoulders are feeling lighter. The air is smelling better every day. Global warming is scorching DC. Dem politicians are quitting in bars at super-bowl half-time and bawling in their beers. The main stream (lame stream) media is so frightened of Sarah they have to pick on her hand-notes! They say she is dumb and not qualified. Hussein, our supreme commander in chief of the military, says: "Corpse man," three times, speaking of a military medic, a corpsman. And he thought there were 57 states in the US. Amazing that he got elected.

And we wonder who's next. Any other old D's hanging on too long?

The Fix

There recently was an article in the St. Petersburg Fl. Times. The business section asked readers for ideas on: "How would you fix the economy?"
I think this guy nailed it!

Dear Mr. President,

Please find below my suggestion for fixing America's economy. Instead of giving billions of dollars to companies that will squander the money on lavish parties and unearned bonuses, use the following plan. You can call it the "Patriotic Retirement Plan":


There are about 40 million people over 50 in the work force. Pay them $1 million apiece severance for early retirement with the following stipulations:

1) They MUST retire. Forty million job openings - unemployment fixed.

2) They MUST buy a new AMERICAN vehicle. Forty million cars ordered – auto industry fixed.

3) They MUST either buy a house or pay off their mortgage – housing crisis fixed.

It can't get any easier than that!!

P.S. If more money is needed, have all members in Congress pay their taxes...

Mr. President, while you're at it, make Congress retire on Social Security and Medicare. I'll bet both programs would be fixed pronto!
