An Extremely Dangerous Precedent
This is truly one discussion that I am totally agonizing over, and by all measures one in which I hated to write, but in researching this subject I found some extremely dangerous and frighting realities that I think everyone should be aware of. I also believe this will answer a lot of people’s questions.
I want to emphasize that this is a very complex and lengthy subject that just cannot be covered in detail here, or should be added to the growing problems we are working on at this time. In other words we already have enough to deal with, but everyone needs to be aware of this so that we may address it at a further date. But there are two main points that we can use at this time, and needs to be remembered, and what I believe is the only answer to our current situation.
Please if you reply, keep it short, and let us not drag this out. Let’s focus on what has to be done. And above all do not let this consume you, focus, and fight.

Although Obama can sign an Executive Order, HE HAS NO CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY TO USE THEM AGAINST AMERICAN CITIZENS.
The Only Answer To Our Nations Problems
Obama must not only be removed, he must be tried and convicted. If he is only removed, someone else will have no fear to attempt to try exactly what he and others have done to destroy this Nation.

In common law legal systems, a precedent or authority is a legal case establishing a principle or rule that a court or other judicial body utilizes when deciding subsequent cases with similar issues or facts.
I was aware of Executive Orders, and how the government could take control of many areas of our life, but what I was not aware of was HOW MUCH CONTROL.
I am going to try and make this as concise as possible, and point out just a few important facts.
First Executive Orders
Executive Orders (EOs) are legally binding orders given by the President, acting as the head of the Executive Branch, to Federal Administrative Agencies. Executive Orders are generally used to direct federal agencies and officials in their execution of congressionally established laws or policies. However, in many instances they have been used to guide agencies in directions contrary to congressional intent.
Second Enforcement
Given there is no Constitutional authority for any president to declare a "National Emergency," we have wondered how the orchestraters of this plan expected to successfully execute the E.O.'s.
The plan for total control of every aspect of our lives has been under construction for a long time. As you read these executive orders, bear in mind that they mean nothing by themselves. They are not law, nor can they become law by and of themselves.
However, under legislation that is currently pending in most (if not all) states, they could potentially take on significant meaning.
What this means;
The President can by definition only order how the Executive Branch should operate, set guidelines, and policies.
The Executive Order that mandates the total control of the civilian population by the declaration of a National Emergency is null and void. In other words, it would be illegal for Obama to declare a National Emergency because he has no Constitutional Authority.
THE REALITY
Obama will at some point order a National Emergency, and attempt to enforce it with his administration (Liberals, Democrats, ACORN and others) and by the use of our Military Forces. The important thing to remember is regardless of who or what he utilizes to enforce a National Emergency, it is still illegal.
Who started all this garbage of making the President the all mighty, all powerful leader that could eliminate virtually ALL OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS with the swipe of a pen?
On February 16, 1962, President John Kennedy signed several Executive Orders which would allegedly give certain dictatorial powers to appointed bureaucrats in the event a "National Emergency" should be declared by the President — whichever president is sitting in office at the designated time. At the president's discretion "in any time of increased international tension or economic or financial crisis", the E.O.'s could theoretically be enacted.
These E.O.'s signed by Kennedy would give authority to the Federal Emergency Management Agency to control: communications, energy, food, fuel, farms, transportation, highways, railroads, inland waterways and seaports, health, education and welfare, drafts citizens into work forces under government supervision; relocation of populations, designates areas to be abandoned as 'unsafe'; relocates communities, and controls all public storage facilities.
On February 27, 1962 Kennedy signed E.O. 11051 designating FEMA as the authorized agency to implement the above orders, (listed below) and which authority can be re-designated by the original authority.

Executive Order #10995: Seizure of all communications media in the United States.
Executive Order #10997: Seizure of all electric power fuels and minerals, public and private.
Executive Order #10999: Seizure of all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control of highways, seaports and waterways.
Executive Order #11000: Seizure of all American people for work forces under federal supervision including the splitting of families if the government finds it necessary.
Executive Order #11001: Seizure of all health, education and welfare facilities, public and private.
Executive Order #11002: Empowered the postmaster general to register all men, women and children in the U.S.
Executive Order #11003: Seizure of all airports and aircraft.
Executive Order #11004: Seizure of all housing and finance authorities to establish Forced Relocation Designated areas to be abandoned as "unsafe."
Executive Order #11005: Seizure of all railroads, inland waterways and storage facilities, public and private.
Executive Order #12919: Signs June 3, 1994, by President Clinton. Encompasses all the above executive orders.

Alex!!!! You are so right on this!!! I have been thinking the same thing....It is so scary to think any one stroke of the pen by a left wing President can take the Constitution to the wood chipper. This is not good.......
I think.............I feel...........that any attempt to shut this Christian Nation down (any further) whould be the real tipping point. The anger and frustration shown at these Townhalls is nothing compared to what Second Amendment Freedom Lovers will show if that happens..........

Certainly we need to know this may be a key step in their endgame.
I conclude from all I've observed they have evil intent and they are cleverly hiding it.
A verse I like to refresh in my head often says that your worst enemy will seem to your face as your best friend.
Also, look at history of countries that have lost freedom. They get promised everything and get back nothing or lose most of what they already have.
I saw a clip on FOX of a recent meeting of the Progressive Caucus, a clever rename for communism, last night. They openly said they want to take away from the haves and give to the have nots.
So, instead of giving someone a fishing rod they give them a fish. In short order only those in power get fish and everyone else gets stones. Even the ones they promised would have a never ending supply of fish get shafted.
Keep on the main battle and do not forget this to stay pumped...

While I'm definitely disgusted with the current left-wing population and their belief system, I'm wondering how much the general public is veiwing Kennedy through the spectrum of present day events. For those who were not around or aware in those days there are some things to keep in mind;
. although I'm a constitutionalist at the core and want it honored above everything else - the executive orders he issued were a contengency plan that had very real possibility of being needed within the time period of his administration due to a very real immediate threat of nuclear war.
. he was much more of a fiscal conservative than the current liberal culture could/would ever support
. there is reasonable evidence that he rejected the men-behind-the-curtain that are having their way with our country right now
I am not saying nor do I believe he was without fault at all, but that an accurate historical perspective needs to be in play. If you don't have an understanding of how very close we were to nuclear war at that time, his contengency executive orders are not in proper perspective. He did have beliefs that I would not condone but he was not a current-day liberal to the core. I also believe there were many core damages done to our country well before his time. For instance - 1913 had at at least three major changes to our country that are within the core of our problems today.

These gov't organization & NGO's have the duty to decide to implement these "orders" if & only if they are constitutional. I am not that naive to believe that will ever happen but I can hope. If you analyze these EO's most have been done to push an agenda that the UN has come up with. Right now we are discussing de-population and other such things. These all stem from Bush 1 signing the Rio Accords way back in 1992 that basically implemented Agenda 21 & Sustainable Development in the USA. The senate never ratified this treaty. Clinton pushed it through by an EO (# escapes me right now) which created the President Council on Sustainable Development. Climate Change \ Global Warming is another Un agenda, never ratified by the Senate but being implemented by agencies of the US.
There have been organizations & people who have railed about this for years and have been labeled "conspiracy theorists". Well there not. People like Tom DeWeese, Michael Shaw, Michael Chapman, Henry Lamb, Michael Coffman.

Perhaps the Lord has spoken! It would seem strange that people who do not know each other would suddenly all have the same thought or come across a red flag within a few days of one another! I got a letter from the White House. Now what is really curious is that I am registered on all websites under a false name! So, other than hacking into one of my sites, would they have gotten my real one? And I am cleaning Trojan horses off my computer a couple of times a week. I had never had one before.
I also have discovered that in essence the Clean Energy bill and the Health Bill are fully funded. There was no Senate vote, no Presidential signature. It is all done through the House of Representative and their Appropriation Bill.
The Stimulus Bill and an Amendment to Medicare has put health reform already in place as of Jan6. It will go into effect Jan. 6, 2010. The money for "Cash for Clunker" was "transferred" out of the Department of Transportation, and our troops in Afghanistan will be funded IF there are funds left. But they have TRANSFERRED FUNDS OUT OF DEPT. OF DEFENSE! And just guess where those funds are going? "Language has been included in `Environmental Restoration, Army' which provides for the transfer of funds for environmental restoration, reduction and recycling of hazardous waste, removal of unsafe buildings and debris or for" And there are pages and pages of those transfers of funds!
Ahead of the Defense transfers I found this little nugget! APPROPRIATIONS NOT AUTHORIZED BY LAW
I urge every one to go to OpenCongress and look up H.R.3326 They have already taken all of these off Congress.org!
Also, for another time, I have researched, and we have grounds to impeach everyone! And everyone, including the Supreme Court judges can be impeached for '"high crimes and misdemeanors". Only Senators cannot be impeached. Where is OUR version of the ACLU!

i heard many liberals warning that before Novembers election, Bush was going to declare a national emergency and keep presidential powers, of course this never happened and i hope and pray that it never does, but forewarned is forearmed. we must be vigilant.
