PROTEST RALLY IN ALBANY, NY AGAINST MANDATORY VACCINATIONS

NY State Health Department has issued MANDATORY VACCINATIONS are required for all health care workers. This includes anyone who works or volunteers in hospitals, clinics or work with handicapped children/adults. It is also required for emergency response people (firefighters, ambulance drivers etc)

All workers have to receive both the annual flu vaccination and the H1N1 vaccine by November 1st. Failure to obtain the vaccinations without an exemption form with a doctor's signature will lead to your termination of employment.

There are only two exemptions to the vaccine:

1) You have a severe egg allergy
2) You have had symptoms of Guillaine Barre syndrome within 2 weeks of a vaccination

There are NO RELIGIOUS EXEMPTIONS ALLOWED
